Wish I’d seen these reviews before I bought van last May. Sold me a dud! I could go into war and peace, but basically he remapped it, to cover a host of problems, which didn’t show until mot this year. Shocking after sales, I’ve been properly had over. If he isn’t out of business, he should be!

Richard axford the owner is an arrogant rude liar. Never calls back. Always says he has to take another call when you finally do catch him on the phone. I believe he’s ceased trading with this company. Just watch out for the next one he sets up. His address is on companies house if he owes you anything.

Car advertised with warranty and 2 keys, still waiting for spare key and they told me to get the repair done and send them the bill and they would refund me. 4 months on still waiting. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. This company needs to be shut down and stopped from advertising in auto trader. It’s a shame that you can’t leave no stars in the review

Richard as no idea what to do with the v5c didnt send my part ex off so lost the tax back also didnt change name address on new car v5 so 3 months on no v5 had to ring dvla 4 time plus emails still waiting for its return so cant put my private plate on promised to replace door mirror didnt happen after ringing him 4 times he got the deal done that all he cares about , dont bother to place with good feed back. I will not go there again .
Terrible after sales experience. Once the sale is completed you are on your own. They simply lie, ignore your calls & emails. If you have to buy a car from this company I would advise you get a RAC/AA inspection, also make sure the deposit is refundable.

Everything was fine up to my taking delivery of my new VW campervan. It turned out to be delivered without the key needed to fill the water point. I contacted the firm by email and did not get a reply. The following day I spoke to a (receptionist?) who said she would pass on the message, but again I had no reply. I tried by phone a third time to speak to the salesman only to be told he was busy with a customer but he would get back. He didn't. By this time I was also aware that the vehicle I had traded in had not had its registration changed to 'Trade' ownership and I consequently would not be getting my VED back from Swansea. I sent a formal mail to the Company outlining my issues with them - but again had no response. I also had to arrange my own 'second key' following being told a right story regarding the unavailability of the original. I really have no idea as to why the firm should have dealt with me in this way but this is the result - a bad write up on this review site!
