I highly recommend seeing Kevin for all ur motability needs or even just to buy a car ! He treats u fairly covers everything u need to know about ur car , u can always ring him and he can sort things out for u ,, communication skills is an asset to the company and Kevin has great communication skills and also he does a 6monthly phonecall to make sure the car is all OK and if there's anything u don't like about it ! I got my seat fx arona back in May and it's comfy, lovely interior, loads of little gadgets and is still quite cheap on petrol but having a higher car has really helped with my mobility..Thanku Kevin and all at seat !!

I tried to contact Hendy regarding a Cupra Formentor and my experience was very poor. Firstly I could not get through on the phone line on auto trader or the one I found on the web when I did eventually get through a salesperson, said he would email pictures of a car to me as it was not on the website yet after three days I’m still waiting. He also said he will follow up with a phone call to me. I’m still waiting for this I live in London and was planning a trip to Brighton to see the car and hopefully purchase it I will not be going ahead. Hopefully they take feedback on board.

I purchased a Peugeot 2008 back in July 2021 from these guys. I paid for an extended warranty. The car came with 10 months MOT as they wouldn't put a new MOT on it. I asked for a price for a service plan which I never received. Had a call from Hendy saying my MOT and service was due 10 months after I purchased the car. I explained that I had an issue with an engine management light coming on> it is down to the adblue getting low. I filled up the adblue but the warning light stays on. I asked if this could be sorted. I was told that they can't do warranty work on my car, Even though they sold me the car and put a warranty on it. I was told that they would do the service and MOT and then I need to take it to a Peugeot dealer to sort the other issue out. I contacted a Peugeot dealer and they want £130 just to diagnose the problem and then I would have to pay for the work to be done and try and claim it back off the warranty company. If i was told before buying and paying for an extra years warranty I would not of purchased the car. Be aware that if it is not a car that Hendy manufacture, You will have the same issue. Ask when purchasing a car from them if they do the warranty work. Purchased 9 different cars from Hendy and will never buy again.

Absolutely disgusting dealership - I travelled 2 hours down to buy an approved used Seat Leon and was shocked when I saw the state of the car. It had a badly rusty rear wheel arch on one side, literally crumbling and rust bubbles under the paint. The other arch had a terrible flat paintwork where it been badly repaired. The car was covered in dents and scratches. The front bumper had been partly painted and even that had deep scratches and damage. The wheels were corroded and damaged and they tyres had various chunks out of the sidewall. The salesman told me on the phone it was a one owner car bought at the dealer then part exchanged back in. They wasted my entire day, cost me £80 and haven't even botheryto contact me to apologize or offer compensation for lying to me about the car. They have had the car 2 months so the claims they didn't know were not true. The car is still for sale, waiting for the next customer they can try and con into buying it. This dealership is a disgrace.
Recently took receipt of our new Seat Ateca FR. Dave on the Motability desk looked after us and our needs extremely well. Clear communications from order to delivery. Nothing too much trouble. Explained process and car features very well so no confusion at any stage. Would thoroughly recommend the Seat range, Seat Hendy Brighton, and Dave Carr on the Motability desk. Fantastic work guys. Bought a Peugeot from the Brighton Branch. Had nothing but trouble with the electrics. Every time I asked them to sort it out, I was told that they don't have the software to sort it. I was told to sort it myself by contacting a Peugeot Dealer. Went to a independent garage to have the problem diagnosed They found a skeleton of a mouse and leaves and acorns and a mouse nest in a sealed unit fuse box. The connection where badly corroded after mouse had been using it as a toilet.Not covered by the warranty. Contacted Lifestyle several times, But no one wants to return phone calls. So I have had the car two months 400 miles £600 bill. What a joke of a company I have had 4 cars from Lifestyle. 2 New and 2 used a total of £48000 pound spent and this is how you are treat. Never again.
Negative....Sales staff don't return calls, and don't seem interested after you've bought the car. Service department staff really struggle to be friendly. Positive.....There were problems with the car after I bought it, but they did fix them free of charge.
