We first met Jayne at the Southport Flower Show on the Honda display. She offered to contact me afterwards which she did and she arranged an appointment for yesterday. She asked what I was looking for and showed me around the car describing all its features and gave us a test drive. Jayne was not pushy, giving me all the relevant details and was very pleasant. We were very close to buying but overnight decided not to proceed She could not have done any more. A pleasant experience.
