I accompanied my mother to look for a replacement honda - only really intending to look at the features of newer models at this stage. Jane took the time to show us round a jazz we liked the look of in the carpark. It was available at a good price and Jane took us out for a test drive. We didn't feel rushed or pushed and once we got home decided in fact it was too good a deal to miss. That evening it was paid for and it is getting picked up today. The service Jane gave us was excellent, the only issue we have is the price offered for my mother's old jazz as a trade in was very, very low. Selling privately would have probably earned about fifteen hundred pounds more on the current market - but apparently this is Honda's policy given the age of the car so I don't hold this against Jane at all. Unfortunately I live away and selling a car privately is a bit intimidating for many people my mother's age. Overall Jane was patient and very pleasant and we were really happy with the customer service she gave us. Thank you!
