Do not buy a car from Southport Honda, I was sold a car with a air conditioning problem and they are now saying that it's my fault and the warranty does not cover it be warned. It's a pretty because Honda's are a great car but don't buy one from the Cox's motor group just search the reviews

I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND ROB SCHOFIELD FOR ALL HIS GREAT WORK IN TAKING ME THROUGH BOTH THE RETURN OF MY OLD CAR AND BUYING A 2015 HONDA JAZZ 1.3 HE EXPLAINED ALL THE PROCEDURES AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING SURE I KNEW ALL THAT WAS REQUIRED IN THE PURCHASE. HE WAS CLEAR IN HIS ADVICE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. REALLY GOOD ADVERT FOR THE HONDA STAFF AT SOUTHPORT.
I purchased a vehicle form Automart, part of the Cox Motor Group and Southport Honda, in June 2019 (details on request) I returned the car for a full refund under the terms of the 2015 Consumer Rights, due to a fault. I received a refund but a sum of money was withheld which is not allowed for under the terms of the above legislation. I have not yet received the remaining part of my refund.

Southport Honda is a new and used car dealership that is based in Southport. In November 2014 the Cox Motor Group purchased this dealership from Lighcliffe who had previously been operating from thesr premises for the past 4 years. This dealership is situated on the Southport Road and offers the typical main dealer services such as finance, part exhanges, motability, servicing and MOT's.
