I have just bought a brand new Kamiq from the dealership and picked it up earlier this week. I have dealt with Shane Clarke and I can only say he has been excellent From start to finish. Shane went through everything in great deal regarding the new vehicle and also my old vehicle I have traded in. He sorted a great deal for the new car and even added so extras As well which is always a winner. I would recommend Shane and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a ŠKODA.

Went looking for a Octavia VRS at Lightcliffe Skoda dealing with Shane Clarke, the VRS did not meet my requirements, Shane pointed me in the direction of a 17 plate Superb estate on the forecourt. Without any pressure he explained virtues of the car against my requirements, it fitted the bill perfectly. I proceed proceeded to purchase the car. The whole process was handled without a single hitch from start to finish. Thank you Shane for your professionalism during the whole process i will recommend you to others in the future.

I have recently had the pleasure of making contact with Warrington Skoda looking to purchase a new car, Daniel Moore was exceptionally helpful in providing all details, videos, support and advice when necessary. He was incredibly supportive and never pressured at any point along the journey. Would thoroughly recommend anyone making contact with them in search of a car purchase. Unfortunately, we didn't buy the car as my wife simply preferred the Blue car at another dealer, but they made it a very hard decision to take!

I needed a bigger car and called in at scoda.I was dealt with by Shane Clark who sorted me out with no problem and was not at all pushy.I bought a Scoda yeti 2000cc 150bhp 4x4. On the day after purchase I did 168mls to try out it did 58mpg at65/70 mph it seems a great car . Thanks Shane.

I had one of the best customer service experience here in my entire life. After having shopped around for a while and dealing with extremely horrible customer experience elsewhere I got in touch with Lightcliffe Skoda Warrington and was dealt with by Shane Clark. He was extremely helpful, offered me great service and went above in beyond in every way which is not the class of service I thought to ever expect from a car dealership. Shane was the sole reason I ended up spending over £3,000 from my budget because I knew it was the right decision. There was no pushy sales tactics as experience elsewhere and communication was perfect every single time. I received these personalized videos which me and the family thoroughly enjoyed and made us feel special. I experienced a few issues which is completely out of the control of Skoda and was with third party finance companies but Shane along with Paul Nield were on the ball and dealt with it personally to assure it did not affect me. The General manager John Sharp also got involved and offered me a personal apology for something that was never his fault. I bought this car without seeing it in person as the service was completely spectacular and has a left impact on me for life. I will be recommending this showroom to every single person I know and if you are reading this review and are considering this showroom do not hesitate or think twice, maybe ask for Shane Clark as he has left me with such an unforgettable car buying experience. I will definitely be back at the end of my agreement to only deal with Skoda Lightcliffe as they are an outstanding showroom and went above and beyond in other areas as gestures of good will considering I was coming all the way from London. The transaction process was extremely smooth and they made sure the car was completely health checked and perfect for me to drive away when I came. Now I am in my dream car and I am thoroughly in love it feels like a dream and that is all thanks to you. Words cannot truly describe my gratefulness and all I can say is keep up the amazing work that you all do.

Skoda Lightcliffe in Warrington should win worst dealer of The Century award. They ordered the wrong car to start with, totally messed up my finance and lied about the car having a service plan. When I finally got my brand new car I found it to be either wet inside on rainy days or had to scrape ice off the inside on frosty/cold day. Would not recommend them.
