DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased an Audi A3 just under 2 months ago from this dealership, I turned up to pick the car up and the car was not there as it was not ready, over an hour and a half drive wasted. Lily Motors then claimed to be delivering my car the next day, they did not turn up until over a week later on a working day after continuous contacting. A couple of weeks later I put the car in at my local trusted garage for a service and discovered that there was a large variety of faults with the vehicle including one fault in which nearly caused the car to catch fire and was extremely dangerous. They then chose to pick the car up and fully fix it rather than refund me for my purchase, they turned up to pick it up 3 days late AT MIDNIGHT on a working day. Now 2 and a half weeks down the line I have no clue as to what is happening with my car, when I am getting it back and strangely my logbook has still not come through the post. Disgusting service from the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Other issues with the dealership included: - extremely rude and Unknowledgable staff - Continuous lying - Forgetfulness - Basic communication skills - no service book delivered, even though was shown to me alongside the car I will be contacting trading standards today to complain about the service, I can only hope that nobody purchases from the company in the future as I fear if all their cars are not checked out, one will cause a serious accident.

We just had a similar experience, reported them to the police- stolen car, They change companies every two years. Just initiated legal proceedings against them. Met with threatening WhatsApp voice recordings from them. Currently trading a Motor Giant Peterborough. Scam artists
Bought a car from Lily Motors, described as no faults. The car didn't start up and the guy tried to jump start. The drive test was short distance because he told me that the car run out of road tax... After purchase, went to do MOT test, was discovered that the exhaust has major leak, which cost me a lot. After three weeks, car had another problem with blown head gasket. Tried to contact the seller, who told me he can't help, because the company has been closed. Now checked that the company is still active and tried to contact them again to resolve the case.

I bought a Toyota Yaris from Lily Motors last week. I marked as 4 stars because they said it would be cleaned before I picked it up and it wasn't, so I had to drive home squinting through the windscreen! Apart from that, good service from the salesmen, got given all the paperwork when I picked up the car and haven't had any issues with the car so far.
Very good service fantastic people to to business with honest people the car was spot on would really recommend lily motors
Worst dealership ever!!! Got sold a car with no logbook, was told they would put it in the post the day after I bought the car phoned them up after having a go at them finally got told the truth. I am never going back again. Lets see how long my car lasts by the sounds of it.
DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS SELLER! THE WORST PEOPLE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! Purchased a car that was described to me as having no faults. One week later found out there's a fault which would cost a large sum of money to repair. Having to go back forth with the owners of Lily Motors and they eventually took the car to "repair" which they didn't. They have now SOLD MY CAR and I am still waiting for a refund after 4 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Report them to the police. We just did - Stolen car. Same story as yours. We have now started civil legal proceedings against them. They currently now trade as Motor Giant Peterborough. Scam Artists.

I was at lily motors 2 weeks ago went to purchase a car and I was having looking at one of the cars and then I was surrounded by 3 lads. you only need 1 salesman on forecourt wat a waste that was. Secondly the car wouldn't start up then they gave the a jump start were the headgasket was gone and it was all smoky. Thirdly they did not even had a office more like it was a storage and they were dealing the paperwork in the car. So please refrain from these dealers. I have spoken to the trading standard were they are investigating the place and it don't have planned permission so the fenland distict council is aware. Next be are the tax man is also investigating. Good luck guys your regards Michael warner.

It doesn't matter that he did not purchase a car from you LILY MOTORS, he is just saying the sort of terrible service you have to offer. I was unlucky enough to have the car start though, which led to me making a purchase and receiving the worst service in the world. I am so angry.
