Dodgy operation. Bought Nissan Qashqui that looked pretty solid. Have had nothing but major issues since. Almost £2k in repairs for £4k car. Would buy a bottle of water from this place.

Naz was and is a very charming salesman. But the car i bought in February '24 for over 5.5k, I've had to spend more than 2k on (by Aug '24) including replacing the disc breaks, pads, a new tyre, drive shafts x 2 and the timing belt. The latter i was reassured had been replaced but he misled me; I was able to prove this. I accept that used cars are not faultless and i was prepared to absorb the majority of repair costs. I proposed that he reimbursed me for just 50% of the costs to replace the timing belt; a generous offer given total cost to date. But he made little effort to quickly or proactively resolve and in the end ignored my demands. There are plenty of used dealers around. However tempted you are by the car on offer by LIMA, you are taking a risk that the service history you are being provided is incomplete, misleading, inaccurate or all of the above, so i plead with you to go to another car dealership.

I bought a car 5 months ago. The seller has his own garage and services the cars before selling them. My car had a coolant leak when I bought it and no cooling fluid. Then I had to change the tyres and no wheel nut was supplied so I had to pay to get it removed by a company and buy new ones. Then the light engine came on saying it needed service after driving less than 1000 miles. Every time I contact Naz he says come by in Slough to have a look. I can not drive 1 hour to Slough every time a problem arises. If the car was serviced in the first place and supplied with a wheel nut I would have none of these issues.
