I was interested in an Audi TT that was arriving at the Lion Motor Group but being a 3 hour drive away I had to rely on phone calls to discuss a deal. I spoke with both Steve and Wayne and received many details and photographs on the TT plus a decent exchange price for my Mini so decided to make the trip. I was not disappointed. Steve was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful, definitely no pressure selling and the deal and paperwork were carried out quickly and efficiently leaving me the pleasure of a wonderful drive back to Norfolk in a smart TT.

My first time using lion motor group definitely won’t be the last , from start to finish everything was so simple and easy , honestly the best car buying experience I have had (I’ve had many) steve was amazing to cooperate whith then Ron finished the deal off both were so helpful, Ron even helped me 3 days later to transfer my private’s plate onto my new car ie doing it all online for me. Which I found to be absolutely amazing, a great big thank you to Steve and Ron for such an enjoyable experience, definitely recommend.

Bought a Range Rover Evoque from London Motor Group over the last couple of weeks, online without seeing the vehicle in the flesh, pretty much trusting the great reviews this company has online. And, to be fair to them, I was sold a great car in great condition by friendly and helpful Steve. The experience was soured a little when I found out on delivery that the car only came with one key. Given all the bad press recently around theft on cars with key-less entry this was a disappointment for two reasons- the advertisement on Autotrader or LMG did not state the car only came with one key, and I was never informed of this rather important detail until the car was delivered to me, and even then quite causally. In an age where even webuyanycar insist on two keys being available for a price guarantee when they quote a price on your car- I would have expected better from a dealership of LMG's credentials. There were marginal administrative errors and delays too. Overall, will buy again from them, but will certainly check on keys next time in order to not be surprised by a £500 bill to have new keys programmed by manufacturer.

A really good place to buy a car from! Their selection of cars is very impressive, we certainly will be looking to use these again in the future.

If I ever change this car I'll be dealing with Steve at LMG! Fast and friendly service and they know how to look after a car lover.

They are far to pushy, and think it's OK to deal cars by text. I would choose available car any day.
