Bought a car from Lion Motors for £4000, within a couple of weeks its a non start customer service terrible do not want to resolve it AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pleased to say a solicitor or willing to take on my case and hopefully we will get this resolved.

Lion Motors tell you it comes with a warranty !!! But it's all lies. Based on my experience I do not trust Peter.
My car I had to spend nearly £1000 to put it right, yes I was promised they would pay for it, 5 months later still waiting.
Peter has blocked my calls, what a nice guy. Again do not trust this car dealer or anyone to do with it.
Your get promised the world and end up with nothing. I do hope people read this and give Lion Motors a wide birth.

That is exactly what happened to me! I am now struggling with a piece of junk that broke as soon as I left the garage and Peter has blocked my calls.

I’ve had same experience. Many Faults noticed immediate after purchasing vehicle. Had motor professionally checked lots of problems. Requested refund as per consumer rights but Peter rude response and blocked calls. AVOID AVOID

I recently brought a BMW 1 Series from Lion Motors LTD did not notice that the vehicle was advertised with 12 Months MOT. It had 3 months MOT already on the vehicle. I got a phone call from Carlos to bring the vehicle back to the garage to have a Full MOT put on completely free of charge. Excellent Car exactly as described and top quality Service. Would recommend my family and friends to buy from Lion Motors LTD.

Lion Motors tell you that you can secure the car by placing a REFUNDABLE deposit then when you find a non-advertised fault with the car and decide not to proceed with the purchase, they keep the money and refuse to refund it!!!!! Rude and scamming!

I would rate it 0 Stars if I could!!! They stole our money. They agree on a 'REFUNDABLE' deposit on the circumstance of whether we decide to buy a car or not. Once I paid this deposit, I requested for them to email some sort of confirmation or proof of receipt to which they refused! We travelled a long way to see this car that was falsely advertised online as when we got there to test drive it, the clutch was faulty (which was clearly not mentioned on the online advert otherwise we would not have wasted our fuel to travel such far distance in the first place)! When we said that we were not happy with the clutch situation (as it'd be too expensive to replace considering my current financial situation) and called to confirm the following day that we were not going to purchase the car (keeping in mind that there was NO written agreement WHATSOEVER about buying the car if they did fix the clutch), they REFUSED to refund the initial deposit we had put down! They denied that it was refundable when THEY originally AGREED in the first place that it would be REFUNDABLE!!! They argue with us that we are supposed to be buying the car because they ended up getting the clutch replaced - THIS WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT WE MADE!!! Rude customer service, false information, and a lot of loopholes.

I seen a Audi car on Ebay which I was interested in due to a very good price and good description. I live in Scotland and decided to call this dealership. I spoke to Peter from the sales team who was very truthful and professional on the phone. I decided to leave a deposit over the phone to secure the car. I travelled from Scotland and was picked up from the train station and was offered a warm cup of coffee on arrival. The car was as described and I was very happy with my purchase- a lovely car indeed. Very professional and friendly team and I highly recommend this dealership Lion Motors Ltd.

I bought a VW Golf from Lion Motors a few months ago. The service was really good all around and the car was really clean and good value for money. Only issue is that the radio doesn't work I'm sure that will be easy to get sorted. The whole buying process was super quick and easy and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
