Disgusted disgusted. Trading as Used Car Online Ltd. they are liars and still using the same tactics. Bought the car 23/12/17 Car broke down 02/01/18 10 days later, paid £500 to get fixed. Contacted Sarjid who sold me the car he said only engine and gear box covered by 30 Day warranty. Advised him 2 weeks and it’s not fit for purpose within 30 days. Now he does not answer or return call. Worst ever experience The Law is not working. -10 Star.

Bought my first car, took it for a test drive, there was a noise from the engine so I ask what is this noise and I was told that its just loose exhaust, paid £4200. came home and my father took a test drive and we realize that it was a gearbox issue. we went back the same day and we were told that it's not our problem anymore and refused to help. Mr. Bilal and Mr. Sajid the owner of the place told us that we can buy your car back for £1900. every time you go there they will tell you that they are the new management but its same people with the different name.

I wish there was a chance of giving negative stars, because Lions of London deserves that only. We bought a BMW 5 series from them and the next day of buyin, the car didn't even start, because its battery was down. When we called them, they denied any responsibility of it. We got the battery replaced and after few days itself it started showing engine fault, which almost costed us around a 1,000 pounds to rectify. We finally sold the car at 1/3rd of the price at which we bought, which is excluding the repairs cost of 2000 pounds worth on the car for driving 3000 miles overall. I would never recommend buying car from this dealer as we felt completely cheated the next day of purchase itself.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY, its is now called USED Cars. i brought a car for my nephew and one week later we took it in for a service and was told the ABS system and brake system is faulty and we faced a charge of over 1000.00 pounds. Plus we are still waiting for the log book 6 weeks later...............

Thats where i found the car advertised. Just like the reviews below they sold us a car for £2380 that seemed like a good deal. A bmw 3 series 2004. 2 days after driving away we noticed a big puddle of oil on our driveway. Took it to a local mechanic who said it will cost about 160 to fix that problem. (Rocker Gasket) However he also noticed smoke coming from the engine near the dip stick and some blue smoke from the exhaust. He informed me that the engine has obvious signs of problems and it is not fit for purpose. It could cost anything up to £1000 to fix the engine. There was also excess air pressure pumping out of the oil cap when open. By law we have every right to return the car for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as it is not fit for purpose. I had a second and third opinion from local mechanics who all said the same thing. We took it back 3 days after purchasing it. They drove it to a nearby garage and done some work. (Don't know what). And told me it should be fine now. It wasn't. Still leaking and still smoking. I told them it is not fit for purpose and i want a refund. They refused. They passed me from one dealer to another trying to convince me that my expectations are too high and the vehicle is fine. They refused a refund and refused to do any further work on the car unless we pay for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Now we are going through legal proceedings. I have spoken to autotrader security team who are also currently investigating.

Avoid this dealership!! i wish i read reviews on this site before purchasing a car from them, we bought a bmw 3 series for £5500 a week later the car started smoking, took it to the garage an they said there was an oil leak on the engine an the car was unsafe to drive an that we are lucky we was not driving the car on a motorway, had repairs done on it which cost us £800 an now another problem with car, tried dealer where we bought it from an they are totally ignoring my calls!

NEVER go to this dealership, they are not trustworthy judging on how they have been with me, I bought a vehicle from here as I was driving off I over heard the salesmen laughing and his partner saying "Did you really sell it"!! The car I bought was unsafe and all iv had is problems with it. They didnt want to refund my money. If you want to waste your money and poor car, then lions of london is the place to visit!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews on this website before we purchased a car from these people. We needed a car quickly and unfortunately came here, paid a substantial amount of cash for a car that broke down 2 days later. They have been shockingly difficult to deal with and have refused to give our money back. We have reported them to trading standards and watchdog. Please avoid at all costs.

Dear any potential buyers of car from Lions of London, If you want to waste your time then go to this place. All I can say is: I wish I can change the law and put all of them in prison! They are number ONE liars. What lions?? Lions? You must be joking..... I called the office and asked them about a car I wanted to buy yeah... They said the car is in perfect condition and drives beautiful!!! Yeah... I traveled 25 miles by bus! To get there and when I got inside the car and started the engine... OMG, black smoke was covering the car!!! The guy was like ohhh sorry!! Do you want the car? I was like wtf!! This car worth £100 to me while they wanted to sell it for £4000!! What a waste of my time, its shows how they lie to their customers to just get you to their dealership.
