The guys were really helpful at Lions of London, the staff have good knowledge and were able to help me pick out a car within my budget and tried matching the specifications I was looking for , the car was clean and matched the description and I'd definitely recommend Lions of London thanks for your help.
Bought a car from them and it broke down shortly after. They now refuse to take my calls and I have legal action pending. Avoid at all costs

We are going through a very similar situation. How are you getting on? Class Action could be helpful to all of us if people are on board we could take them down. Chris-lagos@hotmail.com
Please never go to Lions Of London, these people are were not good and from what I understand they buy cars from auction which are non driveless. I dont even want to talk about me experience with them its too long and full of emotions.

We are going through the same thing with this company. What was the result? I am trying to get all reviewers on here together to take Class Action against them. Chris-lagos@hotmail.com
I was met by a gentlemen and was instantly put off by his attitude, he was very keen for me to ensure him I was interested in buying a car and not just there for a browse. I viewed 3 cars, all of which were priced £500-£800 more than advertised online. One of the cars wouldn't open with the remote central locking and another failed to start at the first attempt. All of the cars looked dirty. After asking what the prices were (online or advertised at the garage itself), the salesman said he would only talk prices after I test drove and declared interest in buying a car by coming to the office to discuss. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I felt the whole experience at Lions Of London was strange and a complete waste of time.
Bought a car of this dealership and a week later the car broke down. I took it to my local garage and said that the head gasket was gone and would take £480 pounds. I contacted him to solve the issue but he does not even have the decency to reply back. I bought the car for almost £4000 and what I got was a faulty car. I have also told watchdog about Lions of London. Do not go to these people. This place needs to be shut down.

Hi. We are going through the process of trying to get a refund from these people. I've recently added to the list of bad reviews. Trying to gather evidence/information. Hopefully if reviewers here are on board we could take class action and shut this place down. They changed their name to Www.usedcarsalesonlineltd.co.uk
I'm a student so buying a second car was a big deal. They had the kind of car I wanted and the price was reasonable, but I should have known just by how unprofessional Lions Of London were. Took it to a Vauxhall service garage and got a phone call an hour later saying take it back. £2500 to fix everything that was wrong with it. I can't afford that, Will be fighting this and contacting watchdog and trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP,

I was absolute shocked and disgusted when I arrived at this dealership to merely view a car for my younger brother. I was greeted with a hand shake and then asked 'am I here to buy a car or view a car' I laughed and said to view a car. The guy then asked ' if the car is nice will you buy it today, tomorrow or when' I laughed even more, like is this guy serious. I told him let me see the car first, if its good then yes we can talk. He then continued to 'yes I understand, but I need to know if you will buy it today or tomorrow'. At that moment I wanted to walk away but because the car is for my little brother I thought I will have a quick look. So they got the key and attempted to start the car up, they seemed very pleased that the car even started. The inside was disgusting, interior trim dressed in dripping oil, the body work was in terrible condition (3 panels don't line up) most shockingly the price was £500 more then what advertised online. I asked the staff at Lions Of London whats this is all about, he said 'online is a special price' (without swearing what is this all about?) I walked away from the car, I sniffed that things were not quite as they should be the moment the clowns greeted me. Not surprised they have such bad reviews and have even been on BBC Watchdog. Places like this need to be shut down.
LIONS OF LONDON PREVIOUSLY FEATURED ON WATCHDOG. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND REPORT THEM BACK TO WATCHDOG IF YOU HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. SELLING POOR CARS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE. STAY AWAY. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS. I URGE PEOPLE TO LEAVE YOUR FEEDBACK ON THIS SITE AND GOOGLE REVIEWS TO TAKE THIS FURTHER.
THIS IS THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. I bought a vehicle from them that has severe coolant issues; a damaged radiator and a bad engine leak. To make the issues even worse, they had put sealant around the engine to disguise the issues. I have contacted the owners who refuse to assist me in any way. I am currently working with consumers direct to get some assistance on what my next move would be.

I am another customer of Lions Of London that has been let down.. AVOID THEM! I live about 100 miles from their dealership. I gave them a call, they said there was nothing wrong with the car and it had full service/ MOT history, when I got there they didnt have any receipts at all. I've inspected the car, test drove it, seemed to be ok. Stupid me. Its going to cost me over £500 to fix only to be save to drive. On the way home on the motorway strange things started to happen. They didn't warn me how bad the car actually was. Could have ended up very bad. If someone is going to take them to the court then please get in touch via Car Dealer Review and I will join you.
