Bought a Ford Fiesta from Lions Of London in January 2014. Had it for 10 days and the gearbox failed. When we contacted Lions Of London they simply ignored our calls and e-mails. We had to eventually take them to court. They were instructed by the court to carry out repairs which failed. They ignored numerous calls and e-mails asking them to let us know what was happening. They simply don't want to know and ignore not only us but also the courts directives. We are awaiting a date from the court for a final hearing in the hope of getting our money and expenses back after nearly 18 months of hassle. Avoid this car dealership they are totally unreliable and don't care about their customers at all.

AVOID Lions Of London. I recently bought a BMW 3 series from this dealership. Test drove it, car drives fine, dealer seemingly very friendly and helpful. Inspect the car and he shows me everything under the hood except avoids opening coolant cap as the car had just been driven. I ask several times if he knows of any major issues with the car and I'm told there isn't but to maybe check coolant levels regularly. I get car home to find that coolant system is totally contaminated by oil and gunked up which I now have to fix at great cost. Either this dealership is really negligent in inspecting its cars before sale or is straight up deceitful. I would air on the side of caution and avoid them completely in case you end up buying something that's actually unsafe let alone unreliable.

Stay well clear of these people. I purchased a car from them that was dangerous to drive. A month later no repair or refund so now I have to take them to Court. Do not purchase a vehicle from them because they have no care about selling you a car that could have a what I believe to be a high risk of having an accident with you and/or your family in the car.
