I recently visited the BMW center to get my car fixed, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, courteous, and attentive. The service advisor took the time to understand the issues I was facing and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and detailed manner. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped, making the wait pleasant. The technicians worked efficiently, and my car was ready sooner than I expected. The quality of the repair was top-notch, and my car is now running smoothly. I appreciate the transparency in pricing and the regular updates provided throughout the process. I would like to give special thanks to Joe Cottingham for his exceptional assistance and dedication to ensuring my car was fixed perfectly. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will definitely return for future services. Thank you to the entire team for their exceptional work!

I went to BMW LISTERS IN BOSTON TWICE.. I had a problem with ths headlight jet washer!! And the cover that went missing.. I drove over , for the parts department to take a look!! A chap called JOSH. Told me price of the new cover would be £81 which was a new cover and to have it colour matched, they fitted it and stuck it place with double sided adhesive! Then was told it normally attaches to the water nozzle.. which was missing too.. however I was assured it would be fine..I commented “surely the water pressure would be to strong and it would cause the cover to come off again!! Again I was told it would be ok.. guess what!! It wasn’t okay.. it got pushed out by the water pressure and the cover disappeared again!! I then contacted Josh AGAIN, explained AGAIN, JOSH, then recommended I came in again and that they would order the required parts , a NEW WATER JET NOZZLE( that fits to the cover and where the nozzle was missing). And then quoted me a price to have it fitted and another Cover ( the same that didn’t last very long as I explained earlier). At a reduced price ( because of the inappropriate job that failed the first time). For £229.. fitted plus labour!!! I then had to arrange a date and time for my car to be booked it.. which was TODAY at 1pm., I arrived 10 minutes early., All good at this stage!! Almost an hour later , I went out for a cigarette and saw that my car was still stationary in the same parking slot. So I went in asked why !! I was met by a guy who is the workshop manager and he explained that the garage door was jammed and being worked on to get it opened, okay , I thought ( just be patient). Another hour went by. I went out to see if my car was still there or not!! ( IT WSSNT) meaning it was now being worked on , only to be told about an hour later , that the bumper hav been removed and discovered further damage and that they couldn’t fit what needed to be !! But was still charged an additional fee of £140. ( for the labour and the the only new paint matched jet wash cover ( the second one that disappeared as I mentioned Earlier)). So, long story short . It’s cost me although £81 plus today’s additional charge of £140 totalling £221 and still no further forward, the guy I dealt with ( Darren) said a. Diagnostic would have recommended ( extra charge ) and to do the Job properly more parts would be needed , again at an extra cost!! My reply was, when I asked the advice by the representative I dealt with twice already ( Josh) didn’t mention this , but going by his advice has now resulted in me paying out £221 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and still need my problem sorting Is quite out of order ., I will just make whoever reads this , BE VERY CAREFUL!!

Never would use again. Useless staff. Will say anything to get your money. Caught out too many times and no response. Stay away
Really poor communication just wanting to take money will not care about customers needs if they make mistake will not try to resolve just stick to not our policy . Shame would not recommend

I purchased a 65 plate BMW 520d Msport for what seemed like a good price from Listers BMW Boston dealership. I should have realised when I went to collect the vehicle and they wouldn't accept a card payment this would be not be a smooth transaction! Finally once home after 4 hours organising a money transfer over the phone in the dealership and a 4 hour drive home, in bright sunlight, on my driveway it became apparent the vehicle was poorly prepared and was covered in fine circular scratches all over the body work which could not be polished out. After much debate over the phone and emails to the dealership they agreed to supply a replacement vehicle at additional cost to myself. On arrival at the dealership the next week and on close inspection this vehicle had a small dent in the rear wheel arch which could not be removed. It was then I requested my part exchange back and a request to reverse the deal. I was then told I was being too fussy and that a dent of that size in a car of £23000 was acceptable! The sales manager agreed and gave me back my vehicle however the return of the balance for which I had paid I was made to wait another 7 days! From start to end I cannot believe I had been dealing with a BMW main dealer and their complete lack of professionalism. I have contacted BMW who don't want to know as Listers is a franchise and to date await a response from Listers MD!

Aftersales service has been very poor. Promised repairs to paintwork very poorly done, leaving the surface rough and uneven, Poor communication leaving the customer to constantly chase for answers and resulting in a whole chain of emails over a period of weeks. Paperwork mislaid by dealership. Aftersales has not lived up to the high quality standards you would expect of a BMW Approved Dealer. So disappointed.
