A disappointing experience dealing with Listers..less then 2000 miles in my mercedes from purchasing from them, being serviced by another mercedes dealer I'm informed that the brake discs are in a heavily corroded and pitted condition ( video from dealer to show) and they with the pads need changed as soon as possible, on contacting Listers about this got nowhere with my complaint whatsoever not even returning my last email and after contacting mercedes themselves found they just cosied up to each other which I should of expected, first and last time with this dealer & manufacturer whole experience of owning my first mercedes ruined
I suggest every one don’t buy mercdes they use cheap stuff inside the car and they sell high price.They have genuine problems like engine sensor,timing chain.Be careful to buy mercdes think 100 time before you buy.Car with so so many problems.Buy Audi bmw but mercdes never buy you gonna regret for hole life.

Took husband car in for a check to be told that we was not allowed to take it out off the garage. Has it needed some work doing to it. Gave us a stilly quote. So my husband said he would take it to garage nere to us. And they said you take the car from here we will call the police. Which to me is black mail on a Asian man. So we had to get rac out to bring it back home. On top off that they rented a car to my husband with a crack from the corner of the driving side down the middle to the other. When I asked about that they said they did not have a other to rent him. So why did they book our car in. Why not tell us to come back when they had one . Avoid.
I had appointment for MOT and in the way to Dealership I stopped to put more diesel in tank and after that engine light came on. I arrive into the dealership I spoke with a man about the situation and he told me he will look after car. After more then 1and half hour he came to me to tell me that I have to replace a nox sensor which will cost me £681. If I take the car will cost me £140 for diagnose. I asked him at least to clear the fault for this money but told me he was trying but could not clear the fault( the car was running exactly the same ). So I paid the money I went home and I put my tester on (icarsoft V2.0) and I clear the fault myself. What can I call that man who told me that he wants to clear my fault to do my MOT but he could not do? I am wonder if he tried to RIP me off because I am not a Englishman or he lies to everyone? Very disappointed for this country and for a main dealer like Mercedes in Boston.
Purchased our new GLC May 2019. We were promised at the time great aftercare! Booked a 1st Service quoted £385 asked if that was best price? The service booker said I will do it for £355. Fantastic I thought... Something made me think to check my local dealer and they said on the Mercedes service system it shows Boston at £354. So they were taking the P*** out of me I was not happy. I rang the Service manager and he was so so rude. Just kept saying is there anything else I can help you with? How patronising is that??? Anyway Mercedes Kings Lynn did the whole service for £285 !!!!!! That us amazing 😉 AVOID BOSTON MERCEDES please 😬

On my last visit 2018 I found staff very polite and helpful could not believe reviews on site now looking for new car
Absolutely appalling service from Mercedes of Boston, bought a used car from them. They reset the service light on the car's computer without actually servicing it and sold it needing an impending service. Really bad car dealers like this exist, you wouldn't expect this from a main dealer, especially on a £75,000 performance car. Also horrible level of preparation, overspray left all over the front bumper from smart repairs, sold with a ding on one of the doors, crack on the front windscreen.

Terrible terrible service; I really could not recommend Mercedes of Boston at all. A formerly loyal customer who WILL NEVER use this place again, and that is after having bought 3 new cars from them and had regular service....

Abusive and threatening staff at Mercedes Boston, refusing to allow vehicle rejection and threatening to come to my home despite various ongoing issues entirely supported by the consumer rights act- dont go anywhere near the place.
My car has been in for repair as someone 6 weeks earlier went into the side. The car was returned to me by Mercedes Benz Boston this morning by a low loader.Everything was perfect and satisfied.I received a call at 3pm to say I had left shopping in the boot of the loan car and by 3.30 George had driven all the way back to bring my shopping to grimsby.
