Lister’s Coventry Sales people not Ofay with the cars they sell. Really Disappointed, unfortunately, I brought a New Skoda Premium from Listers Coventry, never dreamt that the sales guy was not 100% ofay with the car specification, when I got the car one of the most important items that as always been fitted on my new Passat’s, being the Adaptive Cruise Control. Also, when I finally got the vehicle that had been on order for months I sat in the car and could not see the starter button, on ringing the salesman he did not know where the button was and had to check before being able to tell me, I was amazed !!!. I will never deal with Lister's again.

I bought a car from Listers Skoda in Coventry with damage that the dealer tried to pass off as something I had done despite me reporting it within less than an hour of ownership and having photographs from two weeks before collecting proving I wasn’t lying. Mis sold a warranty as a Skoda warranty which then turns out to be a Listers own warranty- restricting cover and accessible repair agents. Terrible communication and rather abrupt dealings at times. Absolutely no acceptance of them being in the wrong. Tom Cox the brand director has swerved my complaint and passed it to Paul Fox the Retailer Principal who was largely to blame for the need to complain. The car broke down before completing 300 miles and it took three weeks to sort the damage that was already there. If the communication was there and a touch of honesty from them, I wouldn’t even be writing this. As it is I have spent £20k and come away feeling like a second rate citizen that owes Listers for ‘looking after me’ rather than dealing with their wrongs!! I would never ever deal with them again. Be warned.
