Worst car sales I have ever experienced they promise the world and then do the opposite. Picked up my Yaris hybrid Aug 2023. Non of the repairs to the body work that they had promised to fix had been repaired to a professional standard. Got so fed up with them that i took it to a real body shop which cost me £450 . So here we are Aug 2024 service due and mot they picked up my car from home at a cost of £20 and later returned it with the front near side damaged well need I say more give this dealer ship a miss . The single worst experience we have ever had whilst purchasing a car. Purchased used car from Listers Grantham which within the first week of owning lost gears! Took the car into them three times and they could not find issue, even though it was dangerous to drive sent us home with it! When it finally gave up only a month or so later they finally found the problem. Wouldn't give us a hire car as they said they couldn't possibly give one out for more than a week, despite the time being due to their slow work! First week went by and they still we're unable to repair and finally gave us hire car. To cut an absolute joke of a long story short, three months later and they still couldn't fix it. WE were having to ring them for updates! No one had a clue what was going on, blamed everything and anything they could! The single worst customer service ever. When we rung to speak to management we were told they were in meetings and they would ring us back, they never did, we had to ring them multiple times. Even when we did speak to them they were useless. We eventually said we wanted the money back for the car and our belongings out of the car. They told us the car would be back to them on Saturday so we went with our children down to collect belongings, were left waiting for some time before they came out sheepishly to tell us it wasn't there! They had all morning to ring us and tell us but no we had to go to find out because again customer service is not a thing for them. They then delivered our belongings to our house as we could not waste more time going in there. When they finally delivered in the afternoon, after they had told us they would come in the morning! They couldn't even wait two minutes for me to assure all our belongings were there. Don't waste your time or hard earned money. Doubt there is two brain cells between them! Disgusted.
Be careful when you buy a car from here, they add on extra's like paint protection, and various insurances that you didn't even ask for, always on the upsell, and bombarded with telephone calls, nighmare
If your looking for a new car just ask for Will... The service was exalent and it was all done verry quick. I can not fault anything, Will was verry professional. PS,, one thing, coffee was a little slow :') Lorriane Mason

Just got a car from Amy at Listers Grantham. She had the car all ready with a wonderful display in the showroom. So thoughtful. She knows her Toyotas and all queries were suitable answered. 10 out of 10 for a good job done.
Had my first yarris hybrid service today and acknowledged the effort to get what we went to do. Kayleigh.jack. And the trainee salesman Nathan. +left us feeling very happy with the time they spent sorting out a replacement car. And of course the serviced car felt a lot better.quite exceptional.thanks dr r Kirby.

Today my husband I collected our second new car from Listers in Grantham. We both found Kayleigh's enthusiasm and abilities astounding. What a live wire, she is! Nothing was too much for her. An excellent 5 star experience.

I had a agreed a deal with the Sales manager yesterday. Today I had the salesman kept ringing me every 30 to 50 mins. When I answered the phoned he wanted to know why I was not at the showroom and why I was sending him emails yesterday when he had a day off. ( how was to know that} To cut a long story short he was very rude and aggressive to me and told me not to swear at him, I only used the word bloody in my books that is not swearing. Anyway he kept over talking me so I said, I am not used to this sort of thing and told him I would buy from a different dealer and he said he could not care less. I have brought 58 cars since I started to 52 years ago and in all them deals I have been treated so badly. It does seem a shame as sales manager Adam always tries to do a good deal.

The staff at Toyota Listers Grantham are warm and welcoming. Salesman Ryan Chuter whom I liaised with was extremely professional in his conduct and was knowledgeable and polite. Ryan made the whole experience comfortable and smooth. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car should visit or atleast speak to Toyota Listers Grantham. Thank You
