Illana could not have been more helpful towards me in handing over my Auris, I am 82yrs and have no memory and I am as very deaf which is not helped by me leaving my Deaf aid at home !! She went over every single Switch and Gadget and electronic device .Reviewed my Car insurance with SAGA and got an alternative Quote for Toyota Car insurance which saved me approximately £260. which I accepted, She then arranged for me to cancel my SAGA insurance which has resulted in a big refund.
