Having never owned a Toyota before, I visited Listers Toyota Grantham to see what was available and how a Yaris would compare with my 3 yr old Mini. Charlie Baker was courteous and attentive, answering all questions that left me in no doubt I was in the right place. Following a test drive I placed an order for a Yaris Hybrid and have had no regrets since. Great service from a professional team member.
I have just part-exchanged my 5year old Yaris Hybrid for a nearly new one at Listers Toyotoa in Grantham. The whole experience was very pleasant, with excellent service from Joseph who was always polite and explained everything fully. I feel that I got a really good deal and am thrilled with my new car. Excellent service from Luke. We were very specific on what we needed and he was very helpful in trying to find our ideal car and kept us up to date with his progress. He was very pleasant and polite and not at all pushy! Although in the end we didn’t purchase a car we would highly recommend Toyota for their efficiency. Just ask for Luke!
