recently purchased my A200 A-Class from Listers Grimsby, dealt with Rachael wise who was as accommodating as possible throughout the whole process, want out of her easy to correct information tendered, car details and spec were emailed to me, new tyres put on the car,took delivery of the car (450 miles 🙄) by 2 nice gentlemen who topped up the tank prior to doing off at my home. did have the Listers protec applied, whilst the outside looks nice in dubious that the interior was done to any great detail (nothing to do with Rachael) noted smears and smudges to inside door handles , console and control surfaces. but Rachael was a pleasure to deal with given that she had only just joined the dealership. 👍

Bought a Gle 350. In december, described as mint over 5he phone, poor valet car filthy. Damaged tyre, trim broken.been waiting 4mths for parts. Now brake wear light come on after on 1740 miles. Dealer says 8mm of pad when bought. 4mm in 1740 miles I dont think so. Mb uk useless no help at all.

Initially good communication but when asked about vehicle gave wrong information about spec and then didn’t adhere to situation regarding finance application, no personal attention as requested . No sale !

The new car is great, but Listers Grimsby have been poor. Resolution of fault has been a painful experience. Car came back grubby. The Mercedes after sales service is not what I would expect.

Will you get a new Mercedes? Yes. Will it be cheap? Hopefully, Yes. Will you get a the "new car" experience befitting a premium brand? No not a chance. Will you car be fully valeted, be free from defects and give you that new car "buzz" when you see it? Absolutely not. Will collecting your car take in excess of 3hrs? Unfortunately so! You might get a cheaper car but there's inevitably a price to pay buying from Mercedes of Grimsby.
