Right from the start we felt at ease. Jack Cairnie, the salesman, was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous to two older customers. He was also patient when explaining and answering our myriad of questions without resorting to jargon. We are very pleased with the end result.

I picked up my Yaris Hybrid, the second I have had, amongst my many Yaris’s from Listers over many years on December 13th 2022. Ed Goodland who was instrumental in persuading me to purchase this updated Yaris Hybrid was on hand for the exchange that went very smoothly. I was very pleased with the service I received and with Ed’s courtesy and knowledge.

Sales staff are rude and condescending. Staff are ignorant of the "Toyota approved used car" process. They didn't fulfil the promised agenda. A promise was made by staff to follow up but that never happened. After a 'service' I was handed a quote for unnecessary expensive repairs. The quote stated I needed a new exhaust costing £100's, my local garage took ages to find the pin prick hole in the exhaust and welded it for free! Quote stated I needed new tyres and quoted me for all four when they were all above 4mm tread. I have no trust whatsoever in these bandits. Zero stars

Bought a Rav4 just over a year ago, illness to me meant my wife needed a smaller car. The Rav4 was a smashing car, fast economical a beauty, the Yaris cross hybrid is just as good. I drove it the 14 miles home and was surprised how much i like it, my wife drove the next day she was equally pleased.
