All I can say is that from the moment we stepped into this dealership, we were treated like friends. No hard sell, very informative staff and a special shout out to the fantastic Jagmaan who finally sold us the vehicle of our dreams. Also, the added extras were a pleasant surprise. The biggest draw for us though was the fantastic coffee machine. Best tasting coffee ever. Can’t wait to go back in.

Following a call from Ty we visited Listers Honda to ascertain the value for my HRV with the possibility of a part exchange Ty was very welcoming and also knowledgable about what was available under the deal scheme? He explained the process without putting us under any stress to make a quick decision and did his best to understand our position and what we were looking to achieve with an exchange of vehicle We returned the following day and agreed a deal Ty is very professional and is a great asset to Listers sales team. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Listers of Solihull and my experience has been nothing but pleasurable - albeit a little more expensive !!

Richard was very helpful when I needed to decide about whether to keep or exchange my Honda Jazz and helped me to sort it out. He was also very attentive about checking whether I would like a coffee during the hour and a half we spent sorting it all out satisfactorily. Indeed, ALL the staff at Honda Solihull are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to give customer satisfaction.

Purchase of a demonstrator Honda Jazz. Four stars are awarded because after making the first appointment to see the car - the actual demonstration car was not available to be seen. Also the lady who commenced the sale was rather in your face. Shem was particularly attentive and concluded the deal successfully also organising the person who deals with the maintenance deals. Shem has also completed follow up calls and emails to change I am happy with the purchase.

My ancient Jazz, now 13 years old , had just had its major service and fitting of a spare part at Listers Honda in Solihull. Car was fetched for the service and I took it yesterday for a part fitting, which was done very helpfully. Excellent service as usual. Except for 1 year, always serviced in Honda. Good coffee while you wait.

4 years away from Honda Jazz was too long, so happy to be back with friends, Bobbie looked after me so well, everyone waived me off when I left with my new Honda Jazz, thank you to all so very helpful and understanding to a senior citizen, was also nice to see people still at Listers Solihull Honda who had looked after me over 4 years ago, Thank you once again to my super salesman Bobbie
