It was time for a new Honda Jazz and in June I had wonderful service all through the process at Listers Honda Solihull which gave me confidence and reassurance. The friendly, professional advice I was offered I'm sure resulted in the purchase of the perfect car for me. Nothing was too much trouble for the,sales people I dealt with.

We purchased the Landrover Discovery Sport through the dealership, we had to chase them 5+ times to get the car sorted, I chased 3x to actually get a correct invoice, I never got all the documentation. But eventually we got the car! When it came to servicing we decided to try Listers - OMG how I am regretting that decision. We told them on booking that we were off on holiday 3 days later - they never rang us to update us, we chased them 2x but they never came back to us, they just said they were very busy and would get someone to call. They never did! We are having to go on holiday and leave the car there, we have told them 4x that we go on holiday on Monday morning v early and they have made no effort to communicate or get the car back to us. I am not sure if they treat all customers that way - but they have seriously made us think twice about selling the car and never having a LR again.
