I've had problems 100% of the time dealing with Toyota Bristol North over the last 3 years. They have never given me the car back with the correct tyre pressure. They fitted a fuel filter incorrectly so the check engine light came on and the car kept cutting out. Refused to replace the rear view that fell off (known issue with my make and model). Put a budget tyre on the car when I wanted a premium one. I was stuck in a contract with them and now after the last time of having to deal with them where they've damaged my car and put a huge deep scratch on my bumper I am done! NEVER again. The place is a bad joke.
My wife and I between us have bought about 12 Toyota cars. My latest is a Highlander of which I am very pleased. This week it had it's first service. Everything was as I expected from a Toyota dealership. Hopefully my next visit will be in 12 months time for the cars 2nd service or when my wife buys her next Yaris.

I recently bought an Aygo & found Mark Dinmore to be courteous & respectful of my budget which I appreciated as would have walked away if pressure had been put on me to spend more. Mark was proactive & efficient going out of his way to obtain the car I chose, which was from another branch. Overall I was very happy with the service I received from Mark & would be happy to recommend Toyota North to family & friends.

Bristol’s forthcoming low emissions zone forced the replacement of our old Volvo for something newer. Brian Macbeth at North Bristol Toyota dealership was more than helpful. He steered us to a Toyota that met our needs perfectly and negotiated a very satisfactory trade-in and handover. Full marks.
