No wonder people avoid Main Dealers service !!! I was I need od tyre valve stem so I thought the best and quickest way to give a call to Lister Toyota Bristol Brislington. I couldn't be more mistaken!!!!! A person from Tyre Service told me you need ONLY the valve stem, as the sensor ITS OKEY he showed me all components and that they are 2 separate parts connected by a screw only. The salesman at TOYOTA parts department told me I need all the components listed below 1)sensor (not needed by me as all in good working order) 2)stem YES I NEED ONE 3)fixing kit ????? all should be part of stem, (as it is in eBay transaction) All for 98£ ONLY, not even mention that the salesman didn't say to me that I'll need to get a new sensor programmed. Possibly for another 100£ or more. What a load of rubbish as I quickly checked on eBay you can purchase one for 14.99£ (no sensor ) only a stem which comes with a fixing kit all in one. So now you see do your own research and NEVER NEVER TRUST MAIN DEALER !!!!!!! REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED Sadly that's my today's experience with the parts department. And yes I had a bad experience with them back in 2023 purchasing my Corolla Toyota Lister Liverpool. Scared to trust them with my service at the end of the month !!!!!!
on the Wednesday me and my father went to Toyota dealers we wanted to test drive what the salesperson promised terrible service we came back around 5pm no car very disappointed wasted a journey did not bother to phone to say no car for test drive false promises
We bought our new Landcruiser from Kyle at this branch after finding the car online. This was our least stressful trade in and purchase episode ever! Kyle and his boss, Richard were very helpful in making the whole episode seamless. We viewed the car on a Saturday and collected it the next Saturday. I can highly recommend the sales team at this garage.

We had an issue with our car battery and locking system. Jon and the team were really helpful. They managed to fit us in very quickly and resolved the issue without needing to order further parts and labour. They ended up saving us over £200. The replacement battery was cheaper then originally quoted too! Couldn't rate them highly enough. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.
Somehow with verbally provided information only and without signing any paperwork dealership were able to set-up payments coming out of my bank. As this wasn’t on the verbally agreed date if I had not acted fast then this would have left me with bank penalty charge. A lot of avoidable & unnecessary stress and work for me. After many emails & calls over several months of me chasing dealership finally got a date agreed to take my car back for quality discrepancy. When I took my car in work was done but felt shocked & ashamed at fact that my personal items were removed from my car and binned. It was degrading having to go through the bins to try to recover my personal effects and through-out all that traipsing that I lost my spare key somewhere onsite. I was assured that someone will be back in touch to replace the rest of my missing items but after 4 months I’m still waiting. I was assured that they would search the site for my spare key and be back to me in few days after 4+months I’m still waiting. Whilst a member of staff apologised for what happened on the day I feel they don’t really care. No customer should have to go through dealership bins or worry about what state their car will be returned to them & so I recommend that you go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Toyota Bristol South. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they really take care of you! I have been lucky to of been looked after by Aaron on my first Aygo and more recently Ethan. Ethan has been amazing and so supportive, he went out of his way to find me a fantastic new car - I can not thank him enough! He has made me so happy. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. You go in there as strangers, but you leave feeling like a friend! 🥰
It is always a distinct pleasure to come to Toyota Bristol South whenever I need to purchase spares for my Toyota Hilux, especially so when Marcus is there with his welcoming smile, technical knowledge and precision in relation to all my automotive needs. Saw Toyota Yaris for sale on line which we are looking for, went to garage, looked at the car looked very good apart for few items which would require attention contacted the salesman,talked about the Yaris and our part exchange,took car for a test drive no hassle very good, made us a good offer plus extras deal done, picked car up after items had been completed very happy with the deal. thank you Ethan.
