I had a very good experience at Toyota Bridlington today 19/11/18. As an owner of a 2001 Yaris I did not expect to be able to obtain touch up paint, due to the age of the vehicle, how wrong I was ! I was served by parts specialist Mr Paul Semple who was very helpful and efficient, Paul managed to find an exact paint match in stock and assured me that it would only take 2 days for the paint Tob be delivered. Overall I am very pleased with the excellent customer service as I was greeted and made welcome by other members of staff whilst I was waiting in reception. Thank you Motorline Toyota Bristol South.
I visited Motorline Toyota Bristol South today to purchase brake discs and pads. I was served promptly and the parts ordered for delivery later that afternoon. Payment was taken only after the parts arrived. I was served by Marcus who was polite, friendly and professional.
On Monday 30/07/18 at 1405, I phoned Motorline Bristol spare parts dept on the Bath Road,I explained that 1 of my side lights was out,I drove to the Department,the bulb was replaced & by 15.00 hrs I was road safe again.
I came into this Toyota World Bristol Branch branch to order some car parts for my Avensis Verso, Marcus came to assist me. He had a friendly manner whilst dealing with my request; During Marcus processing my order he continued to talk to me about various things which made me comfortable and confident that my request was in the right hands and I was valued as a customer.
