Oh dear, where to start! Our conversation was a very civilised one in which you expressed how great the car was, apart from thos one issue? I'm stumped as to what these 'various issues' were, but they were never brought to my attention? I clearly recall our conversation in which I commended you on your research into the air-conditioning systems of BMW, even though I did find it a bit strange. I recall how you told me it's a manufacturer cutting corners, and the internet is awash with the same stories of other people's cars. You also asked for my advice, and I recall saying that even if your warranty hadn't already expired (it expired two month's prior, and you'd opted not to renew!) it would still would not have covered such a part. It fall's into the realms of 'wear and tear' and no warranty would ever be composed that'd cover something like this. Not even a manufacturer warranty, which YOU actually brought to my attention too! Anyway, i've not yet had any contact from Trading Standards, nor the lender, nor my warranty provider, so I presume you wrote this 'review' after having no luck with either of them. Perhaps i'll hear from them when your brake light bulb requires changing? Or a tyre? Definitely when your air freshener stops it's vanilla fragrance? Here's to hoping.
