I purchased in January BMW's luxury front mat set for my brand new BMW 1 Series M Sport Shadow Edition from the eBay account of LloydCarlisleBMW. When they arrived they were stunning and I was happy with the product I had purchased. However since then I've had problems. LloydCarlisleBMW offered me a refund return as the quality of the item they sent me wasn't up to standard. Being an 'M Performance' range and spending £122.98 on the front Mats for my BMW F20, you'd expect the quality to be incredible. However, the Mats showed a state of wear and tear from early ripping, but I decided to look past this as it finished the interior of the car off in my opinion very nicely. Shortly after the ripped got worse so I decided to contact LloydCarlisleBMW to ask if the matter could be resolved. In the process they kindly offered me a full refund if I was to send the Mats back to them. At my own expense, I sourced my own courier delivery service and packaged the Mats up myself and delivered them to LloydCarlisleBMW. My mats had arrived two days before I contacted LloydCarlisleBMW to find out what was the issue as they hadn't been in contact with myself. This led only to find the disappointed that they wasn't going to honour the refund 'due to the length of time and the condition they were send back in' Surley when I contacted them about this matter they would have looked into when the items were purchased and should've made a decision then if they didn't want to issue the refund. I was under the impression that they had looked into the date they were purchased prior to them making a decision for me to send them back. Contact from myself stated that the Mats were ripped due to poor quality and not a state of general use wear. LloydCarlisleBMW also stated that they would 'return these back to you free of charge'. If I had known this was going to happen I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of packaging and sending the mats myself. LloydCarlisleBMW came back to me and stated that the mats were 'worn' and they could not issue the return, however the first contact with LloydCarlisleBMW from myself stated that the mats were 'ripped' and they replied with 'hi sorry to hear you arnt pleased with the quality, if you would like to return for a full refund not a problem thanks' This statement led to to a false belief that this matter would be resolved and a refund would be issued. The mats arrived to them with no issues and proof of arrival had been send back to me via email confirmation from the courier. I had honestly followed protocol in sending the mats back with the belief I would have a refund, now however I'm left dissatisfied with the service from LloydCarlisleBMW. They are now retuning the mats back to my home address and no refund is being issued. If you are a customer to BMW and you like purchasing accessories for your vehicles then I highly recommend you DONT use LloydCarlisleBMW, because if you have an issue with an item and you return it, be prepared for it to reappear on your doorstep. This review would've been submitted to the eBay account of LloydCarlisleBMW, however since it's 60 days after the purchase im unable to.
Everything went well at Lloyd motor group where I got my Ford from. The car was in good shape, at the right price so all good. Recommend.

A few months ago I purchased a Volvo from this dealership. The service was very good, they were really friendly and helpful and the car is great apart form a couple of small software issues which are in the process of being repaired. All in all I am happy with Lloyd's and I would recommend them.

Been waiting 3 months for an updated Digital Service Record that i was promised when i purchased a Mazda CX-7. Given Up now. Usual used car salesman patter. If you're buying a Mazda from them - don't if you want the DSR updated.

This is probably going to be the best review i have ever left. I have never been dealt with so quickly and so straight down the middle, brilliant. It was the welcome you get, a coffee, can have a look around, so straight forward and no pressure, just there for questions to be answered. It was brilliant, honestly i cant get it across enough how good it is. Its like a supermarket. Looks superb. Refreshing to see such high standards met and a seamless service, i wasnt left guessing when things happening, they told me. Anyone anywhere looking for a quality service go here, amazing, thank you
