I have nothing but positive praise for Newcastle BMW on barrack road. I owned 2 BMW's and Newcastle BMW have dealt with me professionally with all my recalls on my Z4 and X4. The most recent one just today for a EGR replacement part of recall. Big shout out to Sarah @ the Service Department for taking care of my wife while sorting a courtesy car for us. BMW Newcastle is lucky to have brilliant staff who are professional and very helpful. Thank you once again BMW Newcastle! keep up the good work.

Visited Lloyd BMW on Barrack Road as I was interested in a BMW M135i. I am a young driver but with full-time, permanent employment, a clean licence that I've had for five years and finances to cover the purchase of the car. I also lived in the USA for over a year, driving thousands of miles incident free in my own 3.0 litre car during that time. I've also had insurance quotes to cover the M135i, so in other words, other than my age, I am no different to many others who could be looking to buy such a vehicle. I haven't driven a 1 series and enquired as to whether that would be possible before I seriously reviewed their available stock. It quickly became apparent however that I wasn't being taken seriously, I don't believe that they thought I could afford the car and were not prepared to let me drive one. They offered to sell me one but who is going to buy anything for £30k that they haven't tried. Totally unacceptable situation - I just hope that any under 25 year old Premiership Footballers who are looking to buy an 8 series or M4 read this and look elsewhere.

Horrendous service loyds bmw Newcastle. Bought a supposed used approved bmw with warranty. They managed to not put in a tool kit so after I had a puncture we couldn’t get the wheel id as no locking wheel nut. Called the cowboys at Lloyds and no movement as it was on their check list. No tow hook, pump and wheel nut. How strange. Thereafter the car has a rattle as also two rear wheels that have cracks in. None covered by warranty. Jokers. Avoid and go back to Mercedes. Paul soutar is the moron.

In 2019, I purchased a 3 Series from this dealership, and initially, all interactions, from pre-sale to receiving the car, were exemplary. However, after approximately a year, the lacquer on the car's alloys began to exhibit signs of brittleness and chipping. Initially, these areas were small and inconspicuous, but over time, they grew. In mid-August 2023, while my car was undergoing recall work at another independent BMW dealer, a complimentary wash was provided as part of the service. Upon collecting my car, I observed a significant amount of lacquer had been removed during the wash. Upon expressing my concerns to the service manager, I was informed that the lacquer was chipping due to improper priming of the alloys before the lacquer application. Upon contacting Lloyd BMW and relaying the comments made by the service manager at the other dealership, I was met with insistence that the damage was caused by the other dealer and was not the fault of Lloyd BMW. Furthermore, the representative implied that had I reported the issue within a few months or up to a year after purchase, something could have been done. Following BMW UK's advice to reach out to the new head of business, I sent a message via the Lloyd website over six weeks ago, yet I have not received any response. Upon reviewing recent customer reviews on Google, it appears that I am not the only one facing issues such as lacquer chipping and peeling, or other undisclosed issues with their cars.

May 2022 - 29,688miles Mot@local garage. So in March it has 2021 it has 18,623miles. Yet they sell it to me in May 21 with 18,614miles on the clock and my invoice shows that now. Less than March2021 and also MOT checker shows 29,990miles for May 21 done by Lloyd's. I wonder why my private sale fell down when he checked the history. Total disgrace. Franchise Dealer you can trust? Absolute bandits. Taking this for legal advice as the complaint got me a "sorry" we can give you a letter. Took my BMW X3 in for recall now nothing works with the navigation system when picking the car up I noticed this and went back to service desk no one was interested

Picked up my new 320i xdrive my partner picked up her new 1 series Ross Dunn was absolutely brilliant he always keep in touch of the progress of the cars he also was upto date on the tech side as well it was a great pleasure to deal with Ross especially when we were buying 2 car's and wanted to pick them up the same time. We would also like to thank Anthony who did us a good deal ,would recommend this dealership to anybody family and friends and we will definitely be returning when we need new cars again. My BMW was booked on 20/2/2020 . At Lloyds BMW Newcastle . When went drop car off at garage . Went to service desk & Freddie bond greeted me & said how can help sir & said my name mr sangha & asked my car registration: x4 bss . I told Freddie I had another fault with my car . He got my job notes out & I explain the BMW went in limp mode , engine vibrating, no power in the car & drivetrain warning had come on in navagation screen , he said don't mr sangha we do dignostic on car & the repair is covered under the recall & I was so pleased to hear that , thought repairs bill going be a lot . Very happy, customer. My BMW all sorted now , even vac & wash & tyres were black polish .

I found this dealership to be very helpful in every way, the level of customer I received could teach many other dealerships a thing or too. I dealt with there sales executive john graham and I highly recommend him, he is a fantastic guy to deal with. Very honest and helpful. This dealership is 200 mile from my home but in my opinion we'll worth the travel.
