Purchased a Fiat Punto in July. Great car, good price, good service. Car spotless when collected. Had issue after few weeks with air conditioning not working. Chris booked me in the next day to get it done. Couldn't ask for more.

Nearly new BMW 530d xdrive touring. Good pre-sale communications - minimal haggling room but the asking price was very competitive so this was really fair enough. Very courteous reception and service from Chris on arriving at the garage. The car was accurately described and very well presented in the showroom. This would have been a five star review if after the sale Chris had forwarded the final HPI check, and DVLA change of registered keeper confirmation to me by email as he said he would - however it was only a small inconvenience to notify the DVLA and obtain the updated HPI check myself and overall I am delighted with the car and the purchasing experience.

Purchased a BMW 118d on 14 Feb but had poor service from Lloyde National. They refused to sort things found inoperative or missing on Day 1 having travelled from France to collect the car and paid virtually the asking price. In addition all 3 services were overdue (oil service, inspection and brake fluid), they had made no attempt to treat the surface rust under the car (it had lived in Aberdeen) and there were unmatched tyres on the rear wheels. Disappointed. Cannot recommend.

Thank you for your review Mr. Meston. On the day you purchased a car from us you requested Chris pick you up from your Hotel and bring you to our premises , which he duly did (presumably you didn't want to pay for a Taxi), was that poor service? You requested to view the car on a ramp, that's after it passed an MOT with no advisories. We duly obliged, was that poor service? You inspected the car for over an hour and you looked at everything inside and out. Chris said we would service the car free of charge (did you forget you discussed the servicing with Chris?) You said no you would get it serviced at B.M.W. and you accepted a donation of £100 from Chris to help pay for it. You drove away with a smile on your face in a lovely car. You then emailed to say the tyre inflator was out of date. I agreed I was unaware that the tyre inflators had a sell by date on them, B.M.W. confirmed that they had. I then requested your Bank details (duly supplied) and we will be re-imbursing you for the cost of a new tyre inflator, is that poor service? Regards Andy Lloyde
I Brought a car off Lloyde National and turned out to have some problems within 2 months of purchase they told me to get it fixed from my local garage so I did I paid from my pocket and they said they will send me the cheque in the post which never arrived I called back one month later we will send another cheque again month later nothing from Chris same thing again and again in the end he admitted he will not pay me the thief Chris. Please be warned this Chris is a liar who can’t afford to pay for repairs.

The overall service was alright. Just had a few issues with the car and the dealership didn't want to help. I therefor couldn't recommend!
