I recently purchased a Qashqai from LNK, and I must say, I’m really impressed with their service. Here’s why: Before making my decision, I researched LNK by reading their reviews on Trustpilot. It’s essential to have confidence in the dealership you choose, and the positive feedback from other customers gave me peace of mind. I had to travel to Bury by train, and to my delight, they went the extra mile by picking me up from the train station. This thoughtful gesture made the entire experience more convenient and enjoyable. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jason, who was incredibly friendly and pleasant. Jason's warm smile made me feel comfortable discussing my options with him, and his positive attitude sold the car to me. I'm so pleased with my Qashqai; it runs like a dream, and I love every second I get to spend behind the wheel in it.

With LNK Motors being conveniently located close to where I live, it was my first choice for car shopping, and it did not disappoint. The car I ended up buying was a VW Scirocco, and I'm over the moon with it. I work in Southampton during the week which is a decent drive for me, and it has not skipped a beat getting there and back yet. The staff at LNK Motors were so helpful throughout the buying process. Despite the long journey involving a train, tram, and taxi to reach Bury, the warm welcome I received upon arrival made it all worthwhile. The staff were incredibly welcoming, immediately offering me a comforting cup of tea or coffee. The showroom was a sight to behold—immaculately clean and well-maintained, reflecting the professionalism of the establishment. I purchased a Renault Clio, which, to my dismay, developed a slight issue. However, the response from LNK Motors was prompt and considerate. They were genuinely apologetic and swiftly took my car back into their garage for repairs. Their efficient service ensured that I have had no further issues with my car since.

From the first phone call to LNK Motors to handing over the keys to my Land Rover, the sales team was terrific. I have no qualms at all; everything went according to plan, and when I collected my car, it was waiting for me along with all of the paperwork to sign. Things could not have been easier. Sometimes buying a car can be stressful, but not at LNK Motors. 

The salesperson, Jason, provided a stress-free service and did everything he possibly could to make it as easy as possible for me. The opportunity to take the car for a spin before buying it gave me a real taste of what life would be like with this vehicle. The test drive was great, the car performed well on the road and met my standards. Upon handover, it's not uncommon for vehicles to appear more worn in person than in advertisements. However, my Hyundai stood out, looking even better in person than in the advertisement. The high standard of valeting made a massive contribution to this factor. This shows this dealership's attention to detail and commitment to presenting the car in its best light.
