Horrible after sale service at Locate A Car, Rubbish cars.

Locate a Car couldn't care less about after sales service or warranty bought from him 5 weeks ago and the car has thrown up 2 fault codes in that time all we are told is bring the car back each time as we live in Lincolnshire and have work commitments this clearly isn't practical, don't buy from him we wouldn't recommend.
Dangerous and scary people who work for Locate a car- avoid !!!! Bought car they refused to fix the problem and no refund and wouldn't answer the phone !!!
I am very pleased with my Nissan Infinity from Locate a Car. It was in lovely condition when I received, really nice and clean and its great value for money. The dealers were very helpful and knowledgeable and I have had no issues at all up to now. I purchased the car in June. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I took my time choosing a nissan elgrand and visited locate a car to view the car on a couple of occasions. The owner couldn't be more helpful. Both my son and I had done our homework on these vehicles and any question we asked the owner knew the answer! So he had also done his homework.! He wasn't pushy allowed us to take as long as we wanted inspecting the vehicle. I eventually bought the said vehicle and I am extremely happy with both the company and the car!

Do not buy a car from this dealer, I think he is totally untrustworthy. Bought an x5 from him, he said he was waiting for the log book to be sent through but assured me there had been 3 previous owners. When the log book arrived it showed the car had 9 previous owners! On the day i picked the car up it was dirty, unprepared for collection and after driving away i had nothing but trouble for a year. Phoned him on various occasions but he didnt want to know, go somewhere else because this guy can not be trusted in my opinion.
We paid £3215 for a car from Locate a car in Lichfield. Within two months of getting it home it developed problems. Dealer did not respond to calls or emails. I took the car to a local garage and spent £900 trying to get it repaired. Including a cam belt and water pump the dealer said they had replaced. Absolute nightmare transaction. If he's prepared to sell an unfit vehicle to my wife who takes our kids around in it then he's most definitely not to be trusted. STAY AWAY.
Locate a Car are definitely worth doing business with, I'm a good judge of character and the gentleman there was very genuine and trustworthy. I've not had any nasty surprises as far as the car is concerned and I'm chuffed to bits with it.

We bought our Lexus RX400h from Locate A Car in Lichfield and we are happy that the car was as described in the adverts, it drives like a dream. When we had an issue with a water leak (rainwater entering the car) they had the car for a day and it was fixed free of charge. We found this car dealership very helpful and would deal them with again.
