Had an accident in my car (not my fault) while it was in the workshop we decided to change it when it came back. Went to Lodge garages just to look on Tuesday, found one we liked all was proceeding at the usual pace. Suddenly next day Wednesday phone call from insurers my car has been written off, now big panic they want the courtesy car back. Panic phone call to Lodge, they were brilliant got the car we had chosen turned around and ready by Friday (three days) marvellous.
I took my Lexus for a service and it was all done in a few hours at a really competitive price. An excellent and efficient slick operation. I will definitely use them again.

Purchased a second hand car from them in august, within days problems appeared constant repairs, terrible service, wouldnt accept the law and return of vehicle and sent a solicitors letter to me from a dodgy unregulated solicitor who owns car garages with wrong information and facts and is known as a firm that help garages who sell ex fleet cars without telling prospective owners, ringed and clocked cars. Please go anywhere else

Purchased a used 3 year old car from The Lodge Garage, Aylesbury today. The customer service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the garage were very efficient. The car I purchased was priced sensibly and there were no long waits, no haggling, no trying to sell me things I didn’t want and other silly tactics that I have encountered in the past at some other dealers. The car is driving beautifully and is super on the motorway. A big thank you to everybody involved.

Diagnostics for issues are very slow to come forth, but somehow, they do eventually carry out repairs on paid-for issues, but anything under warranty is still outstanding and ignored by the garage. I would give the front of the house a 10 out of 10 for condescending and passive-aggressive behaviour though! What an awful experience to go to that garage! Would never recommend to anyone! And they know they are bad, as no link to survey is sent after intervention:)

Recently brought a car from lodge garage. The process was very straight forward and the service from 3 different members of staff Elliott, Neil and Floyd was excellent, very professional and friendly.

I bought 2 cars from Lodge during lockdown one of which has been driven just over 500 miles in 10 months. I took the car to my normal service garage who found the suspension coil was cracked, the suspension mount had failed, a brake caliper had seized and pads had worn down to bare metal. All of which should have been found (I am informed) during pre-sale inspection. It appears that these were overlooked or deliberately left untended. Upon calling Lodge, I was informed by the service team that if a car isn't driven the calipers will seize...lie...that the coil would fail within the timeframe the car was used...lie...and numerous other non truths that were intended to fob me off. These guys are not to be believed. Buy and have your vehicles serviced elsewhere. Such a shame. I'm looking to buy more cars this year...Lodge will NOT get a look in.
