Good afternoon. I am the owner of Lodge Garage and am curious as to who you spoke to when you visited in March. I take matters of customer satisfaction very seriously and would like to investigate further. Just had 2 vehicles serviced at lodge in the past week and I have to say in all my years I have never been treated so well. All these big groups could learn a few things from Lodge Garage. well done all.
My Wife bought her used Mazda CX3 from Lodge Garage Aylesbury on the 5th August 2018. The Car its self was in good condition with only 3800 miles but with a few scratches on the from wing which we were told would be repaired .The Dealer Rep said the car could not be delivered until the 24th August due to work load in workshop ,I thought this was not right but initially we accepted the date . I later decided this delivery date was not good enough ,It does not take 2 weeks to prep a used car ,I contacted the garage and they then said the car will be delivered on the 17th.The car arrived on the 17th minus the handbook.! The PDI check form not completed and with NO repair work done to wing ,I don't this this car was checked over at all as my wife had the hoover under the carpets . .After telephoning the garage they said they would take the car back and repair and return the following afternoon .After some discussion with the manager we decide to keep the car and try and repair myself Which I did with not much effort not 100 % but a lot better. The handbook was sent out a few days later .On the 30th August I Was told by the DVLA that they had not got received the V5C back so no LOG book was issued yet. I was told then by Lodge Garage that same afternoon that the V5C had NOT been sent to DVLA and was in hand . I think this is very poor after service S.P.Hocking

I have owned cars for over 45 years, and have never come across such a good dealership as Lodge Garage Aylesbury. From the moment we drove in on a rainy day whilst out looking for a new car, we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. four years on and every time I walk into the garage I am made to feel like a long lost friend, and when my car was damaged in a small accident they went out of their way to help. My only regret is that I am moving away from the area.

Purchased a Mazda approved used car in October 2016 for over £9000 from Lodge Garage Aylesbury.. Initial sales service was very good and all the team in the Sales Office were very friendly. The car was valeted as promised prior to collection to a very high standard. A missing fuse cover was missing and a replacement promised. After numerous telephone calls from me and quite a few assurances of delivery, I finally received the part after waiting nearly 4 months. Having also requested a Service Plan quote this also took the same time to materialize. The quotes are for three services each at high mileages, at a cost totaling over £1000. I explained that my mileage only averages 6000 per year and that I would only require oil and filter changes plus a general check over of brake pads and fluid levels etc. every year. I was informed that this is not possible as Lodge Garage do not do this type of servicing only the higher mileage services. This is my fourth Mazda including one bought privately, one new from Mazda Exeter, and one used purchased online from another dealer in Leicestershire who although a Pergeot dealer arranged delivery to me in Banbury and arranged an ongoing Service Plan at Bristol Street Motors Banbury. After this experience with Lodge Garage I will hesitate to purchase any future cars from them.
