This is my first car, I found that dealing with Loft and son was amazing, they were so informative. They answered all my questions and I was not under any pressure to purchase the car off them at all, a really nice experience. I have already recommended these to others and I would certainly come back here when I'm looking for another car.

Genuinely a brilliant dealership to deal with. This is my second car from Loft and Son, I bought a Ford KA earlier in the year and on both occasions everyone were absolutely incredible. I did have an issue with the alternator when I first bought my VW Beetle but they were really quick to get this fixed for me and they have always been brilliant to deal with. I would highly recommend these to anyone and I would certainly use them again when I'm ready for another car.

I can not sing these guys praises enough, there is not many dealers like this- so so so many cowboys when it comes to used cars but these guys are anything but. The service is out of this world, literally outstanding and have gone above and beyond for me. What stood out to me is that when you buy a car you get a month free warranty- the power steering went on my car just 2 days after the warranty, I called them up and I said the warranty has ran out but this has happened they said bring the car up and we will get it sorted, they fixed it and it was FREE of charge! I was over the moon. They are well priced, reliable and genuinely care about their customers. You have to remember when purchasing a second hand car, you may have issues its just up to the dealer how they sort it, its a risk they have to take when buying a used car ( this is not the dealers fault)!!!! Loft and Son is the best dealership I have even been to and I would recommend to ANYONE who is looking for a little reliable car. I purchased a Vauxhall Meriva and its just what I wanted and needed. It was the same day I went down to view it, I bought it. the staff were so so so helpful and just amazing all round! I couldn't be happier. USE THESE GUYS IF YOU GET THE CHANCE.

I was pleased with everything when buying my Volvo V40 down at loft and son, I can't remember who it was I was dealing with but it was a very fast turn around, straight forward and made so so simple for me. The guys answered every single one of my questions and made everything very clear. I was able to take the car for a little test drive which I really liked. These guys were so accommodating and I was very pleased!

I must say that the Renault Clio. was very thoroughly cleaned out, it was spotless inside and out. The process was quick and easy- same day turn around infact! On my arrival I was greeted and the car was well presented. Danny was so helpful, ran though everything with me and made the process run like clock work! Its got to be a 5!

We are getting along with the Ford KA very well so far, running smoothly and well just as it should! The car was just as described, if not looked after better on the day we saw it! Danny was a great chap to deal with, really polite, and not pushy in the slightest. From start to finish it was a really nice experience!
