Really pleased with my choice of dealership and car. I use it daily for work, so it was really important that I went somewhere reliable. I definitely made the right choice with LMC. The person I dealt with made the whole process super easy, explained everything clearly, and was very knowledgeable. I went to view the car mid-week and picked it up on the Saturday. There was no messing around or delays. As I said, it was an easy, straightforward process, and I didn’t have any doubts in my mind. Would highly recommend.

Mo was absolutely brilliant. I would go as far as to say it was perfect customer service. He was incredibly helpful without being at all pushy. He was so fantastic that after we left, I recommended him to a friend who went on to buy her car from him and LMC a few days later. I would give a 10 out of 10 if I could. I went to the dealership in person to collect my car. I was pleased with the staff, and the person who helped me was friendly and polite. The dealership itself was tidy and presentable, and nothing gave me any concern. I would say the service was good, and everything was done in a timely manner. Overall, it was a very standard and expected experience. I am slightly disappointed due to some damage I have found on the vehicle, such as damage to the upholstery. I find it a shame that this was not pointed out to me or mentioned in any descriptions, as I feel that kind of information is important. I am pleased with the car and very happy with it overall. I just wish I had been given more detail about any issues the car had before collection.

I am really pleased with the car. I had it delivered to me, which was the easiest option, and the initial conversations were great with very responsive and easy communication throughout. The delivery did arrive very early, around 5am, which was a bit unexpected. I do think there is some room for improvement, as the delivery driver just handed me the keys and left quickly. I felt I should have been given 10 to 15 minutes to look over the car and make sure everything was okay. That said, the car itself is absolutely fine. It was beautifully cleaned inside and has no issues. I am very happy with it overall. I just think that for future deliveries, giving customers a bit more time and a less rushed handover would help build more confidence.

- the day we went in and purchased the car was quick and simple. Taking it for a test drive and getting the finance approved was all good - arranging collection a couple of weeks later, the salesman we went through wasn't going to be working and said he'd handover to someone but didn't so a drop off needed to be arranged for the following day instead. - V5C wasn't ready, meaning I went to the post office to arrange the same day as the car was dropped off, with the paperwork that was provided, but I am still waiting on this to arrive in the post. - The car yard is tidy and easy to navigate when browsing, as is the website

Very pleased with the vehicle and service I received had small problem with aerial missing but was rectified by Mo straight away. Would recommend Company.
