We recently bought a BMW 2 Series but didn’t check it over properly at the time. Since then, we’ve noticed a few scratches on the body that we initially missed. We also had a bit of a panic trying to find the rear seat belt – it turned out to be tucked under the seat, which took us nearly 3 hours to figure out but is all sorted now. Other than that, everything’s been fine. My son drives it the most and says it drives beautifully. Customer service was good– the office staff were helpful and polite. Overall, a good experience.

I've got no complaints about my experience with LMC at all. I fancied a change and decided to get my first SUV (XC40) and it's been amazing, I love it. After driving away we did notice a couple of things on the car that weren't picked up at the point of sale, but once I made the dealership aware of them, they were happy to get them sorted. The refund took a little while to receive but it's sorted now and I'm happy.

Although I had a couple of issues, LMC were quick to respond and they didn't avoid the issues. They got teh Range Rover in and since the repairs, it's been alright.
