Called ahead as I was travelling over an hour to view a used Kia Rio, spoke to Alex to enquire about the service history as this was an ex lease vehicle so wanted to make sure that the warranty was still valid. When I arrived car looked good but went downhill from here car was priced at £9,350 on the lot but on auto trader for £9,100. When I asked to see service history which I was told was available and will be ready for me to view I was presented a piece of paper with a few bullet points on what they had done to the car. Sales rep Mo was good, not his fault but when a customer tells you they are travelling over and hour (costing me money in fuel and dart charge) make sure you have all the documents they have asked to see. Wouldn’t buy a car from LMC if my life depended on it.

I would just like to say I bought my new car on tueday the 30th June 2020 and was very impressed with the company.. they are very friendly, professional, and helpful...also would like to say a big thank you to BEN who helped me sort everything out.. really lovely polite man ..would definitely recommend them and buy again in the future...

He did buy the Tax for the car and give me 12 Months MOT for the car. He as well make the car clean before I pick it up. The car is amazing. Excellent company and great staff. If your looking for 5* service , make sure you visit Joe and the team at LMC Car Sales. Joe always provides the best service. Everything is always very simple, easy and no hassle. Joe is really approachable and works hard to find the best car to suit your needs / budget etc.I would definitely recommend visiting LMC and definitely recommend Joe.
The car is great it is just a shame the rest of the experience was not took nearly 2 weeks for delivery of the car but I was compensated with a 3 pin home charger after I phoned to cancel my order then I seemed to do 90% of the work as things had stalled then looking at the MOT it had gained over 5000 miles which again was sorted out but then the service light came on so contacted them to ask if it had bee done yes I was told could not reset the light as it was not on I was told this is were it goes pear shaped the light can be reset at any time also no stamp in the book or paper work for service and renault said if it breaks down then not covered as it has to be done at a VAT registered garage to this I have had no response from LMC so looks like I am going to have to shell out £169 for a service just before Christmas not good to say you pride yourselves in customer service satisfaction not here I am afraid.
