MAKE SURE YOU GO TO MONEY CLAIMS & GET YOUR MONEY BACK! They robbed us blind for our money and car! Bought an astra, leakage in the boot, delayed indicating and squeaking when reaching 50-60mph. They took it back for repair, returned it and still happened. They took it again and never returned the car! They said they were going to which I still have the text but have no idea where the car is!

Do not use this company, they work with bent legal service named Legalsolutions4u and try to rip you off with your money. If something is wrong, get your money back or take them to court! Thave been reported to the ombudsman and on a warning list not to work/buy from these car dealers. Trading standards are aware of them using a bent legal company "legalsolutions4u" that's not registered on companies house and the official company dissolved 3 times. Didn't need to mention his name but they are aware so are the FCA and SRA. They are not legal experts nor is the owners/partners of the company. In fact the 2 named persons who are named on a letter I received is not even linked or showing on companies house and one owner... "WORST GARAGE EVER AVOID AVOID AVOID"

Bought a Vauxhall Adam in August 2022. Wish I didn't. Drove the car straight to petrol garage after buying it late one evening. Put petrol in and the gage didn't move. Rung the bloke and he said no problem bring it back and just make sure has fuel. The next day the dash starts flashing and bleeping at me saying engine is overheating stop engine. I ring him and he says it must be a dash problem as it wouldn't be overheating as it's been checked. LOL. Sent it back to be fixed and left it with them a week as I was going away. Was told the water temp sensor, brake pads and in take fuel gauge and a 'few other little bits' had been fixed. 3 days later the dash is bleeping away telling me the engine in still overheating. He ignored me for the whole day and then had to the cheek to tell me he wasn't working that day so didn't have to reply. Ended up then overheating and smoking, luckily (if you call it that) just after I had pulled over off the A40 on the way back from an important work meeting, which then left me working off my laptop on the side of a road and waiting for them to come and recover the vehicle. Baring in mind to get through to them is like trying to get blood from a stone. To then make it worse, my neighbour knocks at my door (as we're a block of flats) and they've registered the car that I part exchanged into my name but her address? I ring the DVLA and considering I bought the car 26th Aug 2022, the DVLA received this application at end of Sept 2022. Why my old car was registered to my neighbours address I will never know. I confirmed with the DVLA they had no application by this point for the new vehicle to be in my name. This was Oct 2022 by this point. As expected these shambles of a dealer had no valid reason for me by phone so I thought I'd pop in person to see why my old vehicle is being registered to my neighbours address as I already thought they was dodgy. As expected, lie after lie and promised my log book would be applied for. Didn't feel I wasted my trip as I managed to let viewers of another vehicle let them know how awful this garage was and they thanked me and walked out. Just grateful my 7 year old daughter wasn't in the car with me when it blew up. Now the vehicle doesn't start and I've had the battery changed, and now looking at getting a new fuel pump. Had the car just short of 7 months (minus a few weeks off that as they had it back in the garage numerous times). So again I'm left without a car and forking out hundreds, because of these awful dealers.

Nirvana Murray in response to WORST GARAGE EVER AVOID AVOID AVOID

Update - the vehicle is now costing over 700 pound to fix and shock they're not answering. Going to look into taking legal action as they've sold me a death trap.

Geraldine Shelvey in response to WORST GARAGE EVER AVOID AVOID AVOID

No Nirvana for you then, same as! So annoyed as should have listened to my instincts. I unfortunately due to Ulez I had to part exchange my lovely old BMW 3 series ( of which Imaan motors offered pennies for) I got a Kia Rio & something felt not right straight away, but my MOT & Tax were due on my previous car so felt un pressure. Kia wasn't ready as needed a MOT? Odd as you'd think that would be done if advertised, I looked online & it had failed previous MOT. No aerial & not stated in advert. 6 months warranty as if they were doing me a favour. Do not trust them, only nice as want our hard working money. Will have Kia checked over by best garage in Harefield.

Wasted my time going to see a car after agreed with the manager. When I arrived I rang up and was told the manager had gone out and the car was at another location. After driving a long way to see it, I got frustrated and put the phone down. He rang Back and called me a “silly little bitch” and was very aggressive, he spammed me with calls and I blocked him he continued to call me on no caller ID. I have reported to the police.

"WORST SCUM EVER"

They sold me an audi A3 S Line Black edition and when driving it home I noticed black smoke and immediately thought it was the turbo. I rang them and explained and they offered to take it back and repair it. Upon their inspection they found it to be the DPF unit. After 1 week of having the vehicle they told me it was ready to collect and the DPF had been replaced... But I find out today after a failed MOT 2 years later that they never replaced the DPF unit.... Instead they removed it completely and remapped the computer to hide what they had done! They just removed it and welded a U pipe in its place! I thought it weird that when I collected the car the radio was tuned to Leicester Station... And that it looked like someone had been using the vehicle a lot more than just getting it repaired! Now here I am in tears having to sell it probably at scrap value and having to buy a banger just to get to work. I would pay for the DPF unit to be re-installed for possibly £800 but then I'd have to pay another £500 to get it mapped back into the computer! And even then it might not perform properly! I couldn't be more devistated... How could they do this to people to make a profit and run. I wish I'd have read these reviews before buying. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I hope they burn in hell!

Con artists!!! Bought a car back in September 2020 had problems with it as soon as it left the for court. Been back and forth around 3/4times claim they fixed the problem but problems still occurred as soon as it left them. Made one trip in particular to collect from garage nearby to dealship to get there to see they were shit!! Not only that when it was in their possession to be repaired YET AGAIN they decided to take MY car for a spin late at night and got me a parking ticket - absolutely disgusting service , con artists , claim they fixed car but really they haven’t and issue a dodgy invoice with no real headed details- worst experience ever...you have been warned!!! Stay clear of these people!!! You will have persistent problems !!!!
