Had exact same problem, take them to court i am!!! Bought a total piece and refuse to accept responsibility and just ignore my calls
Bought a car from Mortor shop 2 weeks ago. Service is extremely poor. They charged me admin fee and gave a green slip for the car. I couldn't tax the car since it is not the correct green slip. Waste of admin fee I paid. Car sold with 1 year MOT with 1 adversary for rear tyres. One the same day I purchased the car gave me so many error messages and knocking sounds. All read light didn't work and even police stopped me at M25. I phoned the shop the next day and advised to check the bulbs change the pollen filter. As per the condition of the car I took the car to a local mechanic and said the MOT given to this car is not correct. Brake pads all worn, making noise form bearing, Bolt joint and suspension knocking, Getting warning sigh for emission, All rear lights not working, Tyres not in the legal limit and so many issues. it is strange how the car passed MOT without any adversary.Car purchased by checking information in the MOT and now it is clear that the information in the MOT is not correct. Not recommend at all.

Did you ever get any good ofvthis dealer?
Bought a car from London Motors around 2 years ago. The car wouldn't start properly and they wouldn't take the car back to fix it even though legally it was under warranty (Consumer rights act 2015, states that all cars bought from a car dealer are under 3 months warranty). Nearly went all the way to court before they settled the payment but wasn't enough (my fault, should have sued for the total value I'd spent including the cost of the car AND the repairs id did myself; not just the value of the repairs). Was absolutely gutted as it was a great car once it worked (when the engine was warm). Was SCAMMED as the main salesman mentioned how he would never cheat me as he had children the same age as me and wouldn't want to sell me a car that was a burden to a student. Seemed nice but, in hindsight, should have seen that it was his sly, deceptive salesman nature. When I asked why there wasn't a proper remote key for the car, he said it didn't come with one and that it was a minor problem. Something I could fix for around £50 and even gave me the number of his dodgy mate (who didn't even pick up the phone later on). The cost of programming a new remote key came to £200 but I was young and none the wiser at the time. Only noticed the car didn't start properly once I had gone home, a couple of days after. Did not suspect this was an issue during the test drive because even though I had stalled and had to start the car again, it was already warm from when they conveniently went to clean the car before I had arrived and made me wait around 15mins for the car to arrive. Do not buy anything from this dealer, no matter what name they're trading under. Believe the head scammer(manager) is called Danny. Short fat Indian fella with slicked black hair, cockney/southern accent, and was wearing a Rolex. Remember you are legally allowed to return a car within 30 days of purchase, and all cars bought from a second-hand dealer are under 3 months warranty [Consumer Rights Act]. There are arguments to be made for if the ad is advertised as 'sold as seen' OR 'no warranty is offered' but please seek legal help for more clear advice.

Geri in response to AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SCAMMERS.
Omg he gave me the same old spiel, glory of hindsight & in my desperation I didn't listen to my instincts from the start. I don't believe there MOTs are legal or legitimate, all dodgy in house family gangsters just out for money. I would love my old car back & wondet what happened to it & main guy said he couldn't sell it due to ulez. Trade on price I got was an insult! BMW 3 series for a dodgy KIA, so upset.
This looks like a dodgy business. There are no references to this company that calls itself a group - this in itself is completely misleading as it is not a group and this 'business' is not listed in the UK . I have been involved in the motor trade and with vehicles all my life and I have never seen such a shame business. It seems to run out of a padlocked shed in a very dodgy area in West Drayton, the road is lined with ditched cars that have been there for many years. There are no trading names up anywhere near where they say they are. The vehicle we went to see was not there and the guy who said he would meet us did not turn up and did not answer either of the phones. I personally would not buy from such a 'business' and as an experienced business person having run several different businesses I can only suggest that no one else does. I would not normally leave a reference but this looks so dodgy that I felt I need to warn others. I expect their other reviews maybe fake.

Bought a car 6 weeks ago and engine has failed and now won’t take my call. Seeking legal assistance now with this
Bought a Porsche Panamera from these God awful dealers. The ad said it needed a small amount of 'tlc'. Finally got it home with eml on, took it to a trusted local garage. They did a report that listed over 200 faults! Guess I was blinded by the thought of having a Porsche, my bad. Its cost me thousands to put it right and still not there. Avoid these guys like COVID19
I purchased a car from this cowboy rip off outfit. After paying above and beyond the price it should have been I have had nothing but problems with the car since I bought it. The engine management light is always coming on and when I get the issue fixed it comes on again. Spent over 3000 trying to put it right only for it to be constantly having issues. For the money I paid I could have gone and bought a new car from a trusted dealer. I suppose that's what you get when you try and support local businesses. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
ZERO STARS Absolutely shocking dealership in all aspects of car sales; -Poor mechanical knowledge although claim to have some at point of sale -Communication between customers and sales team is poor, incoherent -Sales team are rude and dismissive . -Vehicles are sold in an unfit condition with only care being taken to have the car 'looking great' but will inevitably have problems in the future. -London Motors are deceitful and lie with countless cover ups such as using cover names, creating fake members of staff who never appear, and often loosing track of their own correspondence. -Staff constantly try to avoid customer queries and complaints and buy time rather than solving the matter. -Constantly claiming they are a reputable company with many successful sales and satisfied customers....all very very untrue. -Sales staff stand around looking leery and intimidating on the forecourt or asking customers to 'wait one sec'. -The list is endless. Save yourself time, money and energy and do not buy from this dealership whatever you do.
I was sold a death trap by London Motors, Was offered a free MOT for the following year but I just took the car to my local garage and he was totally shocked to find 2 broken shocks and wish bone. He just said I was lucky or else the tyre would have come out anytime. He asked me where I bought the car from and asked me to put a review so people can be vary of this place. No professionalism from these guys. Nothing like customer service. They used to trade as WEST DRAYTON MOTOR COMPANY. WOULD DEFO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THEM. Don’t know from which scrap dealer to they buy these cars from. Somebody need to shut this place up for good and take their work permits.
