I brought a Citroen berlingo from this dealer (786 motor solutions/Trade price motors/London motors) broke down on the way home and had to be towed two In two day the battery and starter motor had to replace dewater claimed it was wear and tear them a few day later the from passenger side wheel fell off on the motorway causing an accident with other cars involved the dealer blamed the garage who replaced the battery and starter motor for the wheel falling off refusing to return the money for car plus my Consequential losses I was also threatened by dealer multiple times

I bought a vehicle from London Motors and was assured that it was great, describing at as a "workhorse". Next day the car had major oil leak costing £800 to fix for a vehicle that cost £1000. Dealer rudely blamed the buyer and refused to acknowledge this as their deceptive sales talk. Instead was told "what do you expect when you buy a cheap vehicle". Please beware of the dealership!!!!!
I came to buy a Audi from London Motors And Charlie was the guy who was showing me around the car I asked for s test drive he wouldn’t let me take it on the roads just up the drive and back he was very interrupting as I was trying to listen out for any knocks and bangs he would try making bs conversations so I could get my mind off the car as I was trying to check the car out he would say how lovey the car is how it’s had to find a car like this as I asked to see the paper work he would try to set up the payment and get me to pay for the car before I was even happy with the car he was very pushy to take my money but not let me look at the car in the comfort of my own. Space and time they have decent looking cars but be careful they are mechanically rubbish as I got home I noticed the bumpers had be re sprayed and misaligned as it’s been in a previous crash the light lenses have cracks in them which let water problems started to arise the gearbox was coved in oil I take it to a garage to find out it’s got a crack in the gearbox. Avoid these cowboys do not give them a penny

Still waiting for my V5 from London Motors like a month later after the purchase date. Contacted them and had a guy on the phone saying that the V5 has been sent of to DVLA even tho Ive never got the chance to give him the reg no. :)
I brought a Audi s3 from these guys the airfilter was missing so they took it off a s3 that was up for £15000!!! The next day my engine management light came on and car started high revving I called them and all they said is I don’t know what that is. I paid £400 for a warranty that I’m still waiting to be activated.

WHERE DO I START WITH LONDON MOTORS. THIS IS A FULL STOP RIP OFF SO CALLED CAR TRADES UNIT ALL OF THERE CARS HAVE DEFECTS, I was sold a car that couldn't lock, but was told it's because of the battery had run out in both keys, very strange if you ask me but I saw it as a minor ok on wards went for the test drive first thing I asked why the seat belt ain't coming out ? He could only say it was working earlier, hmm ok then I asked why the electric seats ain't working he said oh you might have to adjust that . Ok on with the test drive what was not even far enough to really get in to anything . So all seemed ok apart from the keys, belt, seat electrics. Back to the office where we start talking if I want of need it ? Then I started getting bombarded with oh it's a lovely car good for its age perfect for you bla! Bla! Bla! . Not only one of them talking and going over things, but two ones filling out all the paper work the other is gassing on about some irrelevant BS. So I was told ok pay the money as a transfer? Ok why not. I ring my bank they tell me it will take two days "ohhh no. They wasn't happy with that ok use our card machine? Hmmm so why didn't we use this in the first place ...ohh because some times it gets no service oh ok . Cars paid and they rush me off out now ...I never shook there hands felt like a bad deal totally...on the way home on the M4 my mum ask how to adjust her seat so i try to turn on the interior lights and ........nothing comes on ok so the keys, seat belt, seat electrics, now the interior lights ? I bet the fuse is blow and they didn't want to get it fixed . Lazy B...tads. ok we move off car gets up to 50mph and screeeeeeeeechhhhhhhh. Wtf is that red flashing on the dash telling me handbrake needs to be released ????? From our test drive to now I never even used it as it was already off get it home thank God and then everything comes to light and says 80000 on the clock it was 80706 I get a diagnostic done to be told it's got major electrical faults. Long story short they sold me junk not a car bunch and trying to get my money back was another story 🤦🏽♂️😔👌🏽.

Don't buy a car from london motors . I payed to have the car deliver to me and when I was going to drop my daughter off at school the back end came out on me and I nearly crashed my car . I found out I had a flat tyre on better inspection the back wheel had 8 weld repairs and 4 cracks in it . They replaced the wheels but put part worn tyres on the car and expected me to pay to have the wheels fitted . The car also has a intermediate warning light coming on and was also put thru dodgy m.o.t has when I got the car the washer jets don't work and under inspection by bmw it has a worn suspension arm and wheel bearing gone .. this is also going to be dealt with by watchdogs now

This was my first experience with a dealer and it was an unpleasant one. I really don't know how London Motors are still in business. I went to view the car and Charlie (the biggest liar I've ever met and head thief) was all nice and promised to fix a few things in the car before pick up. His tone quickly changed when I went to pick up the car. He was extremely rude and denied ever promising anything. Rather than fixing the seats as promised, he used black tape to cover the tear I guess hoping I wouldn't notice. The spare key and sat nav SD card that were supposedly in the office when I viewed the car were no where to be found. He promised 6 months warranty and later said he said no such thing. Bearing in mind that I had travelled 70 miles to get there, I was so shocked to say the least and then this con man told me to leave if I wasn't happy with what he had to offer. My friend was shocked at his behaviour given how I had told her how nice he was to me previously (please don't be fooled by this). Stupidly, I gave this fool my hard earned cash. He said he was going to send me the spare key and take out and SD card when another model of my car comes in. 3 months and 2 days later I haven't received either or my V5. When I called today to chase it up con man Charlie was again rude and said "well of you haven't received them by now then we don't have them". When I told him this was an unacceptable response, he asked "what do you want me to do about it"? He went on to say he is an ill man and I shouldn't give him any hassle or bother him, he just took his medication and doesn't want another angina attack and is there anything else I want before he puts the phone down. The same cheap rhetoric from when I picked the car. The funny thing is he mentioned that he uses the name Charlie because of people's prejudice when they hear a name like Mohammed. Well, judging by my experience and from other reviews I can say he's only done everything to fuel said prejudice. Please don't be like me, take your money elsewhere.

I have had exactly the same sort of dealing with them in February 2019 ----would anyone be willing to join me in going to trading standards, the motoring ombudsman and if necessary court to get whats rightfully ours back??? I put down a deposit in agreement for repairs to be carried out on a car and collect once complete. The car wasn't ready on the date agreed, "Harris" couldn't tell me why the repairs hadn't been done and what was wrong with the car. After my own research I decided not to take the car with the fault. it was agreed an amount would be taken from the deposit I put down for the fog light that was fixed and I would receive the rest. they haven't answered calls and when i spoke to them today they said it will be done Monday, Tuesday (05/03/19) if i do not receive the deposit by then I will be submitting a formal letter of complaint and then go from there. again anyone willing to join me in taking action against the company please comment below

What a joke! Do not buy from here, I wish I had read the reviews before hand. He sold me a car with many faults, told me it had just had a service.. I took it to a garage after we purchased it and there was no oil in it at all. The engine management light wasn’t there and now is going to cost lots to repair. I’m taking them to the small claims court, trading standards and now watchdog. I was told my my local garage this car would NOT pass an mot. I’m disgusted at how this company’s gets away with selling death traps. Myself and my husband went back after a week asking for out money back he was just plain rude. I told him when buying the car it was for my 19 year old son. They should be shut down and banned from selling cars. How are they still operating?! There also have other companies under the same address!
I had a very bad experience with London Motors. I payed a deposit for a car and then the car just LOL (I was told that the car had some problems and they had to send it back to the garage, suggesting me to choose another car because I can not have that car I've choose anymore !!!. I've been asking for a refund of my deposit 3 weeks ago and I call them many times. They still didn't refund my money and last time when I spoke with one of the dealer he was very rude with me because I'm asking for my money back.
