Booked a time to view BMW at London Motors, when I got there no car and no one knows about it phone back Monday 2 weeks ago and was told it's in for service a week later I am told it's with BMW with problems never buy off these cowboys if a garage won't return a call when u are about to spend 11500.00 when u have a problem u will never hear from them they should be closed down instantly.

If you are reading this before you have bought your car then don’t buy from London Motors. If you are reading this after you have bought you car from them then I feel sorry for you. Do not waste your hard earned money to these cow boys. As I didn’t check the dealership history Like you are doing now. Keep away. Unless you are willing to go leagal with this lot.

London Motors West Drayton you sold me a car which has had various defects including as advertised Quick clear windscreen with rain sensor and auto wipers (NO IT DOES NOT ) THE BATTERY IS THE WRONG BATTERY AND THEREFORE AUTO STOP/START DOES NOT WORK and various issues with the condition of the bodywork which you have poorly attempted to fix twice over a 6 week period and this is the condition you return my car last night and all this mess for doing a dent on the bonnet which was not on your list of jobs to do as it was going to be done under the insurance and you still have not addressed the main issues of the car not having the features you listed on your advert with autotrader Trading standards will be getting a call today

less than 2 weeks ago I travelled over a hour to buy a car I see advertising on auto trader looked over the car was told minor things needed doing to it change wheels ect...and that it was a brand new MOT .I took it to my local garage where I paid £350 for ball joint and tracking I noticed none of the lights inside car was working and back indicator kept blowing so took it for another mot centre to be told there was no airbags no locking system for seat belts all sensors no good and several more dangerous things that was gonna cost another £1000 RENUALT CLIO NA61RRZ DO NOT BUY although I got a refund they still didn't give back the £95 admin fee and baring in mind losing £350 this place is dangerous and claim to be traders bad bad company I will still be getting VOSA to investigate London Motors.

Paid £200 deposit on a golf at london motors. next day calls start saying they can't stick to agreed price with salesman they also claim they charge £95 administration fee on all sales which wasn't on add then put off until next week car failed PDI they are obstanant to deal with in all my 53yrs never encountered a shower like this lot taking this further seeking legal advice next week to recover my costs I strongly believe that they have sold the car reg gx51cvp because they can't send me a pic of the engine bay it's also advertised as wrong bhp.

We purchased a Cat D car. Everything looked all ok. HOwever when we got it home we took it for a service and they pointed out a few little things, which we didn't mind sorting out ourselves. However upon the repaid to the Knock Sensor, this opened up the buried deep can of worms that they were hiding. Turns out the timing belt must have stapped and the pistons were smashing against each other. The Head Gasket was about to go, the Clutch as well plus massive chunks missing out of the back tyres. When we called them pu to sort this out as we are allowed to under consumer act, they were dismissive at first, but after 2 weeks ( which in this time we weren't driving the car) they agreed to fit it. So they took it had it for 2 weeks, we picked it up, were told had whole new engine put in. ( still no paperwork for this) We were driving it for two weeks, then all of a sudden the new head gasket completely went. Dashboard lit up like a xmas tree, and smoke pouring out of the ending block. When we rang them up about this they were rude and very difficult, but upon threat of legal action which we were ab out to file they have ageed to take the car back and get a refund, they wanted to deduct us £900.00 for fair use and wear and tear, We only were driving the car for 4 weeks out of the 3 months we had it, It was either to dangerous to drive or was being repaired. It was picked up this morning but we are taking the paperwork for the car up ourselves and to arrange refund. This is ruined our car buying expeirence and has left me in tears more times that i can count. We saved up so hard for this car and were looking for months. Biggest regret ever. Avoid at all costs.

Rang to arrange to view a car. Rang again as was going to be late. Both times assured car would be taken out for me to see. Arrived after driving an hour to see car to be told car had just been taken off site to be serviced and would not be back until following day. Would give less than one star if I could. Appalling customer service

Unfortunately I cant give a zero star rating. Purchased a cat D vehicle and after 19 days of ownership engine management light came on. Called them and they told me to get it diagnosed (at my expense) Major fault with pistons. Then they told me to return the car to them (at my expense) The car was returned with the fault codes on the dash board so they can see them. Fed up with being ignored, no calls or emails returned. Sent letter rejecting the vehicle by registered post which they signed for. Rejecting it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - you can reject up to 30 days of purchasing. Currently they have both the car, and my 5k. They said they wanted to diagnose themselves, but radio silence. Avoid at all costs, awful company!!

Recently purchased a 4 x 4 from this dealer. Broke down on way home, returned to dealer immediately, who then kept vehicle for a week before we got it back. Had to chase daily to find out what was happening. It has since broken down again with the same major fault and other items have required repair, all in 6 weeks since purchase. Didn't return to dealer as completely lost trust in their ability to reliably repair the vehicle.
