Worst experience ever. Came with my partner and her mom to buy a car. Was looking for a class mercedes, and at first salesman James was trying to help us find a car and match our price. And when we finally found one we have put a deposit and waited for a call to come for a car. When the car arrived he sent us a contract with the price that we didn't agree on, and after I called him and said that is not a price we agreed on, he told me that i am not true and that I am lying. So basically he wanted to say that 3 of us lie. And after few minutes of arguing he admitted we are right, and tried to change it, and he did it. Then tomorrow we finally got there for a car, and tried the car and we liked it and just had to wait for finance to approve us. We waited there for few hours and nothing for them. After all they told us they don't work anymore and send us to go home and they will call us. We were waiting for days, and nobody gave us a call until I decided to call them after few days, and they just told me u weren't accepted for finance. When I asked why, he didn't give me the answer, and when I asked why you didn't let us know that he was lying again that he just wanted to call me but i did it just before him. So i asked him to get us our refundable deposit back, and he said no problem, but i am still waiting for that. Hopefully i won't have to call them again, cause i don't want to have contact or do the business with that car house never again... Worst experience ever!!!!

Terrible service and do not recommend. Sales agent James in Ashford has been dealing with us. First, after an agreement on the car and the price, he sent us a contract a couple of days later (we had to chase him for about 2/3 days as he was not answering) with a different increased price(!!) telling us this is what we agreed on and 3 of us was there and we all know what we he said. He basically told us we are lying. After a couple of minutes of discussion he said he did not read the contract and that someone else from finance changed the price probably. Whatever he said was to stall us for weeks. We had to chase him up for every single thing, and all he did was misguide us and give us false hope. We just wasted all of our free time to deal with this company and James, hopefully he won’t stall us for the refund as well, even though I wouldn’t be surprised.
I brought a Mercedes c class coupe 300 from this dealer ,The salesman, Marios Zagoris, was excellent throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went smoothly, from the test drive to picking up the car. He explained all the controls etc and linked my mobile to tge car for me. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend. 10/10

You would expect the service buying a Mercedes Benz to be immaculate. Firstly, I found a car I loved and agreed with a salesman on the price. Paid the deposit and left the showroom super happy with the agreed price. After the money for the vehicle was transferred, I was chased and told that the agreed amount was incorrect and that I needed to pay an additional bit of money. Surely if you shake on a price with a salesman who then confirms with his manager - it’s a done deal? Wrong apparently. Once I got the car - it came without a manual. And as wonderful as the vehicle demonstration from the salesman who passed it over to me, it didn’t conclude the whole car. 2 months later after purchasing and I’m having to google how to use my new car. Is this normal? My BWM came with a manual. Upon leaving the showroom with new Mercedes, a warning light came on regarding a missing tyre sensor which has still not been sorted. After 2 visits to Mercedes this has still not been fixed. After the second visit it now says all tyre monitors are inoperative ✌🏽 so instead of replacing the missing tyre monitor, they took them ALL out. Wonderful. A spec of the car was that it included a sat nav - your colleague who passed the car over to me as you were on vacation (JOE) told me to ‘buy one from Amazon’ I wasted £50 odd pounds for an amazing SD CARD to then be told by you’d mechanic when my car was getting serviced (which was pointless fyi as the warning light STILL CONTINUES TO FLASH) that the sat nav SD card has to be a Mercedes one and costs around £600-£700 to purchase. WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN INCLUDED? SHOCKING service. Literally throw your money done the drain or by a BWM - they don’t con you

Poor service. Told a load of lies. Car been back 4 times faults not fixed. Brake discs were lipped on pre sales check not repaired but new brake pads had been put on . Not willing to help want a refund on car had it 3 weeks list 6k. Stay away from this dealership poor poor service.

To start off with my partner Paul and I visited Lookers Mercedes Benz in Ashford for the first time and was met by Bev the lovely receptionist who was so charming, friendly and professional. We did not have an appointment but Bev went out of her way to get someone to come and speak to us. We was introduced to the assistant sales manager who then introduced us to the lovely Eleanor who again was very friendly and professional. Our experience was 2nd to none due to the exceptional treatment we were given. Our new car now sits proudly on our drive!

Excellent service from the whole team. Thank you. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend them highly enough. Even the Sales Executive, who dealt with us 12months ago, came over to see how we were.. Brilliant...... that's why I choose Mercedes Benz.

All good pre-sale. Then, when you collect the car they insist on a Google review there and then. I now know why! Calls never returned, further assistance is virtually inexistent. Software update booked by phone and told it will take about 1 hour. Arrived and was told the same 1 hour wait. 5 mins later I was told it might take 3 hours. I had left a small puppy on her own thinking I'd be back quickly, but instead I ended top having to walk around for 3 hours and then rush back. I will not be returning to this dealer.
