I found a car off of Autotrader and was offered a test drive. When I arrived they said that the car had already been sold, (ask them again before you go if it is still available). I had not been told this and had driven a decent way. I decided to test drive another car and asked about its background info. The salesman was quick to avoid the questions giving vague answers at best. He did not, however, speed over informing me of finance options and insurance, which would have only benefited them. When he emailed me about purchasing the car, I asked again about the warranty claims. He sent a screenshot which I noticed was poorly cropped. I replied asking for information about the reasons for the warranty claims and the FULL screenshot. He replied on another thread (probs trying to avoid the Q) explaining what ONE of the claims was, with no full screenshot. I then asked, AGAIN, for the screenshot and it was finally sent through, the bit he was trying to crop out were the reasons for the warranty claims. The claims were significant and a good reason not to purchase the car. I asked for a bit more in-depth info about these claims and he was very vague and said he could not get this information, which again, was odd. I would not recommend going here unless you know your stuff about cars including how not to get ripped off. If you are going to, ask for the full vehicle history, including reasons for the claims (they should 100% have this). Do an HPI check yourself and get someone to inspect the car.

I called in showroom with a list of questions I needed answering before I purchase a car for my wife, A delightful associate working for the company was able to give me all information I needed (Harriet) I was in a hurry so didn't have a lots of time but based on the information given I will be revisiting in the near future.

I had issues with my vw Id3 and these guys went out the way to solve the issues and they done at very short time, thanks to services department at lookers Volkswagen Battersea, I can't thank you enough excellent work guys👍
Our Motability went in for service Thursday morning. Motability no longer gives courtesy cars , for the day. I was given a cab service number which I could charge them for just that day. Later that day VW said my car would have to stay overnight. As taxi service had expired, I had to pay my own way. VW assured me my car would be cleaned. On collection front and rear wipers had not been changed. I requested them to be replaced as the last time my car was serviced they didn’t do them. They were in a very poor condition then. We waited around until someone could do them. Driving home I noticed the inside of the car had not been cleaned at all. I called the showroom and was met with extremely unhelpful person, basically telling me it was a complimentary cleaning so TUFF. I told her I wanted to speak to someone in charge, she said she would put in a report and I would hear from them. Monday evening I called Lookers in Battersea, only to be met with the same unrespectful attitude. Basically he seemed to think that because I am a Motability customer I don’t pay for the services like other customers do. I explained I pay weekly for the services but he refused to accept that. There is a culture of unhelpful attitude towards people and I only hope it is not just reserved for the disabled Motability customers, as that would be shameful. The only saving grace was the kindness of Jay the mechanic who eventually fitted the new wipers.

I have just purchased a new Tiguan from the Battersea branch. The guy assisting me (jack ormond) was amazing, he was on hand the whole way through, he answered all my questions and was very responsive. I couldn’t be happier with my new car. Thanks you jack

I would like to give my sincere thanks to Mr. Bob Bickley, Sales executive Motability specialist, for his undisputed professionalism and readiness to help at a drop of a hat! Mr. Bickley is a good listener and does everything in his power to help customers with a disability like myself. He has very good communication skills and very good manners! He managed to give an answer to all my questions regarding the complexity of the Motability lease! I appreciated, too, his good sense of humor! Thank you, Bob! Thank you, Bob
Two very bad experiences with these guys. Firstly, having booked an appointment for a car valuation, I went in at my time, was told to wait in the waiting area and despite my constant reminders to them that I was there, over an hour later, still no one had seen me and no form of update so left. Secondly, got an initial car valuation over the phone (lady was rude and not particularly willing to help on the phone). Anyway drove 30 minutes to get my valuation formalised. Despite giving them exact details of the car, their quote suddenly went down substantially (not through the condition of the car). Complete waste of time, very unprofessional service and absolutely no way I would ever consider selling or buying through them in the future. DO NOT USE!
I was charged twice for diagnostics for the same problem and in the end they made it even worst the car showed the engine management light and had to give it back to them , after 2 days they said it’s 2 oxygen sensors have gone that is after twice sent home and charged £60 pound each time and told car is god to go ,tried to charge me £786 pounds for something which they are not sure even put it on estimate that extra charges might occur. Tried twice to call them and get some explanation but they do not pick up the phone , even left the message for Mitchell Watts but no reply . Very bad experience and not happy at all . Avoid them if you can as they rip you off .
