Remotely bought and paid for a car based on the salesman's description and assurance. Was alerted to some damage by the 3rd party who delivered the car to me. When it arrived, every panel had deep scratches or scuffs, both bumpers needed paint, all four wheels had been badly refinished with plenty of sanding marks, flat spots and even sanded through paint, and two tyres had chunks missing from the sidewalls. I immediately contacted the dealership who tried to shift blame to the delivery driver (who luckily had photos from the pickup), then begrudgingly agreed for me to return the car. They dragged their feet over both the collection and the return of payment. To date, I have not received any contact regarding my complaints, and nothing even close to an apology. I am astounded that a VW main dealer thought it was ok to deliver a car in that condition to a customer. I will not be doing business with Lookers Battersea again, and I urge others to be wary

I had a my car serviced on Saturday the 14th of May. Baring in mind the journey for me was over an hour, i wasn't looking forward to it to be honest. Turns out, the experience at Lookers pretty much my day. I was absolutely sorted whilst i waited for my car. I thought id bring my laptop and find a cafe up the road. But no, there was no need - They offered that I could sit and chill in one of their offices whilst I get on with work and could have any tea or coffee for free. The office had a table, plug socket that I was able to use, a nice TV and comfortable chairs. I felt very looked after and made my morning great! Let alone the people were fantastic. Ben and who took control of the service organisation was great, he was the one that made me feel at home from the beginning and offered to let me do my work in the office with a coffee. Richard was fantastic as i arrived he gave me a nice hello and after my car had been looked over and cleaned he came to let me know my car was looking pukka and made me laugh. Had a good chat with him too before i left. And Gabriels car clean was perfect, really felt like i'd just bought a brand new car after its clean, was sparkling. Overall, really good experience and very glad to be with Lookers Volkswagen, Battersea. P.S - Was great to catch up with Maurice again! He was the main man for when I purchased my car last year, so was nice to bump into him! Thank you to all the guys at Lookers Battersea!

I purchased a used car which was displayed in a dim part of the showroom. On close inspection I noticed the bodywork was not up to par. Mas agreed to resolve this as well as the damaged rubber to a window. Delay in booking my car in and returning it. No curtesy car provided as promised. Car was returned with the same issues plus additional damage plus damage to a window. Now they are not taking or returning my calls or responding to emails. One member of staff lied to me, they are not trustworthy or professional in my opinion and I wouldn’t advise a woman to purchase a car on their own as I felt bullied and forced to take the car when it clearly needed to be cleaned up. I was promised all of my paperwork to be sent in the post and a full tank of petrol and that proved to be a lie and it was further diminished by them driving the car up and down to be repaired (which was not done after having it for nearly two weeks). Not the standards expected or previously experienced by VW. Shame on your sales staff and you managers.

I have been to lookers vw car dealership in person when u are there they are very professional and help. But my only disppointmet is when trying to call that service is disgusting and really bad. I can understand if it was the weekend but during the week at non peak hour no one can pick up the phone is utter nonsense They need to fix up on this as its off putting to try to do business with them. It making me regreat going to them in the first place. It was only becuause of my brothet why i dealt with them un the first place

Very helpful advice from Chris Petrides without any (noticeable!) sales pressure. He helped me set up my new car and threw in floor mats free and unasked. Very decent price. A hassle free way to buy a car.
We bought two cars for just under a shade of £50,000. We only had it for a week when one of the front tyres was down due to a problem with alloys. Despite only living half a mile away no one would come and collect it, there was no promise of a replacement vehicle and it took an entire afternoon with eventually my husband pumping it up temporarily to take it back. They lie on the phone. After sales service is terrible. Never use this Lookers Volkswagen dealership.
