Aarti was very friendly and helpful. She was professional and welcoming. She kept me updated all the way through the process and ensured I understood and was happy with my purchase. As I work full time it was difficult to find the time to call the branch but Aarti was very quick to respond to any emails I had sent. Overall the experience was easy and positive and I would recommend to others.

I purchased a car which only a couple of months down the line had to have a new turbo fitted, when the mileage was 21.500. Without the car for six weeks. When the work was complete from the performance of the repaired car it must have been faulty from purchase. I lost confidence and felt no choice other than changing. Lookers offered to part ex lower price offered than another dealership. So the repaired car was valued and sold at a higher price, fortunately not to lookers. Also, if you end up buying a car from Lookers check it’s been valeted. Took me a day to clean the day after purchase!! In general be careful when you purchase vehicles!!!! Read others experiences, as this is something I didn’t do. This review is to help people avoid the pain I’ve had over weeks of hassle, not what you want on a relatively newer vehicle!!

Let me start my saying what excellent sales men. Martin and Alex were. They were very professional very informative fun and exciting to deal with. They explained everything we needed to know with every little detail nothing was too much they made everything look so easy. This is our third car from lookers. This is our return visit with us purchasing not one but 2 cars. We will definitely return when purchasing our next cars. 10/10 for customer service. Well done guys. You are the best

Martin the used sales person was absolutely marvelous, he was so polite and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and took the time out to make sure i understood everything, there was no pressure. I am absolutely delighted with the car i purchased. It is low mileage, clean inside and out, and with a quick turn around.
