Gave them 5 stars to begin with. This has now had to be reduced to one. The approved used car had previous damage to the underside and a number of other faults. All in, my local VW garage provided me with a £3000 bill to repair. Blackburn have agreed to fix the minimum but refuse to fix dented oil sump, damaged front radiator and kink in suspension arm. All in all, really disappointed. 3 months in and I am still waiting on Lookers Blackburn and VW complaints solving the issue I.e. owning up to selling a car not for for being classed as “approved used”. I’d avoid the garage.

Purchased a car online and had it delivered. It was in a poor condition and had to chase them all the time. 6 weeks later and no logbook, they never sent it to the DVLA. Absolutely rubbish dealership!

Didn’t buy the car, but that was a reflection of management practices. Scott Gaskill was the salesman I dealt with and he genuinely did what he could to make the deal work, but his hands were tied. By the time there was some movement I had already bought a car elsewhere.

Got Ripped off , When i got toe Bar Fitted , They said it had Been Banged at Back , But had been fixed in house ( Lookers ). Labels on Parts that should Have not been There . Basically never buy a car from Here .

Purchased car online. Told the car was in really, really good condition. All the wheel nuts covered with imoverable chrome cleaner, two areas of chipped paint and three areas of heavy scratches. Took over three weeks to get this resolved, made the whole experience of buying a car leave me feeling that they just didn't care because I lived over 100 miles away.

Bought a car from vw lookers blackburn poor poor service, buy a used car and just fob you off, I think buying a new car and theyl care about giving good customer service
