Walked in last Saturday to order ID5, almost ran over by chap in a fiesta who i presume was a valeter as he dodged the cone infront of dealership Then we walked into showroom and around the car to the left as you walked in, open boot show my partner wander for few minutes (no other customer in showroom) the 3 or 4 execs sat at desks laughing never even looked / acknowledged us! So walked out and have ordered from Wigan collecting Aug 11th, you need to sort out you'll go bump when the market tightens

PLEASE AVOID all costs. They will sell an “approved” used vehicle which will not have major parts replaced at recommend VW service intervals. There policies are not inline with other VW garages. We have had our timing belt snap when it should have been replaced whilst under their ownership. The vehicle is under a guarantee which is inadequate. They mentioned two prices were offered at point of sale which is utter lies. Beware! We are a small family who went to VW Blackpool for a reliable car and have ended up in a nightmare.

They way I've been looked after today is second to none. From going in today and seeing the guys on service :- excellent. I had a Tiguan auto as a slave car which was absolutely brilliant, I received updates on the progress of the sevice and then the car had a valet afterwards. Thank you guys always be back to see you. NIGHTMARE DEALERSHIP!! I bought a Polo back in June, with the agreement that before I took delivery, stone chips on the front bumper would be filled in. Upon delivery this clearly hadn’t been actioned as promised by Keith (salesman) multiple times. We therefore mutually agreed that a touch up pen would be sent to myself. (10 weeks on and this pen still hasn’t arrived in the post). Not only this, the service history was described to me as “Full Dealer” however this is far from the case when a gap of 20 months had lapsed between services on a car that is 3 1/2 years old. Having been waiting now for 2 1/2 months for my V5C Logbook, I have chased through the sales manager for an update, promising me a call the following day to tell me what is going on. Did he call? No!! The sales manager confirmed this has been actioned online twice. This is pure rubbish because having spoken now to the DVLA, they have confirmed no application or anything has been received and if this was done online, the logbook ownership would change immediately. What a joke this dealership is. Definitely would not recommend!!! Sort your act out VW Blackpool.

definitely do not buy a car from Blackpool VW didn’t know they’re not all the same I will definitely go to Johnsons in Birmingham. in the future hundred percent. definitely not helpful try calling the receptionist you’ll find out.
