All great until you buy a car. After you've bought it you basically don't exist. I had an issue with my car, after 4 emails, multiple texts and at least 20 calls within a 3 month period I have still not heard back from all the managers and salesmen promising that they would call back. I am seriously appalled by their treatment and would never recommend this branch to anyone.

05/08 I arrived waited 20 mins as clearly there was a sales conference . Meeting ended an salesman walked straight passed me to someone who had just entered the show room Two other salesman decided to ignore me and speak of one of their hospital visits , lost sale guys

My key suddenly stopped working and I had to be somewhere else. I popped into Mercedes in Victoria Road and was greeted by Sam Lansdale, who immediately went through and got a mechanic to look at my key as it was not working properly. They got it working, she changed the batteries too and made me a coffee! Totally transformed a panic situation into a sorted situation in minutes! Thank you Sam Lansdale! Good to see great customer service is not dead!!

Mr Will Maley who has looked after my PCP purchases since his arrival to Lookers of Brighton has always understood my changing requirements over the years and sourced the best vehicle for my needs. He is very professional yet sociable in his delivery of his service. I have had 3 new mercedes all from Croydon first 2 the sales and the servicing top class. The 3rd car went down hill dramatically was handed over the keys on a piece of string . I said I would not have another m/b and a friend said it's not the car it's the dealerships to which was true. I now have an order with m/b Dartford just as bad no communication and after 15 weeks the order has not been sent to the factory. In they end I phoned 4 dealership they either did not answer or said leave your name and number for someone to get back to you, WELL 5 TH TIME LUCKY PHONED BRIGHTON M/B THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND DIRECTED ME TO THE SALES PERSON . HOLLY SO PROFESSIONAL. So I know so many complaints on reviews but this dealership is good. Karl and Bertha Benz would be inbarest with they other dealerships. And would tip a wink to Brighton M/B

Bought an approved used car from this Lookers dealership in Brighton after less than 50k miles we have two oil seals leaking, they want in excess of 2k to repair we asked for some help from Mercedes as we feel this is a design fault, offered just 5%!! Not good enough! Will take elsewhere to get repaired quoted much cheaper! They are also using very poor quality materials on their cars! Internal handle has plastic that looks like chrome and is razor sharp! We've had two bad cuts from this. This is our third Mercedes and our last.

There is a huge disconnect between the sale and the rest of the experience at Lookers. Even the collection of the car was poor. So disappointing. Trying to get problems fixed - well go somewhere else the dealership is past poor. In short this dealership do not live up to or anywhere close to the Mercedes values.
