Arrange a quick 5minute job at 8am. Clearly told definitely done at 8, which I repeated, would be done by 8.05 Got there for 7.50 as you do for an appointment at 8. All shut up Started opening showroom at 8. The opening up inside, go toilet, stretch, get a coffee etc, Book you first appointment for 8.20 or 8.30 or get the garage ready at 7.30/7.40 Don't say 8am when never going to happen. Car showrooms/service don't get customer service and timings

Went to see about a car today, was looked after by Donna, amazing lady, very friendly and had plenty of time to tell you what you needed to know

I have been dealing with Donna for a few years. She so easy to deal with, makes you feel so comfortable and knows her stuff. I feel she understands what I need because she has problems too. Explains every step clearly. Took my Jack with me today and she welcomed by Donna and the other staff. They really made a fuss of her. I will definitely be going back again next time I need a car. Picked up my nearly new car today and very nice it is too, Harvey Appleby was the sales exec who did all the transactions for me and I have to say I was most pleased with the service I received, he was considerate, knowledgeable and patient all through the process, star in the making,anyway this is the 3rd car in a row I have had from Lookers and been pleased with the first two, hopefully this 3rd one will be the same.

They quoted my son £16,000 to repair his vehicle which you can imagine caused stress beyond belief. We took it to an independent garage who fixed the vehicle for £40 YES £40 and the fault was caused by this garages incompetence.
